What is the message that China’s President Xi Jinping and Russia’s President Vladimir Putin are sending as they are both photographed with their attendant Nuclear Footballs? It simply means that Russia and China have clearly joined in a military alliance, and both China and Russia will use nuclear weapons against the United States in concert.

Xi Jinping’s reception of Putin yesterday in Beijing sealed the increasingly formidable strategic relationship, fundamentally misunderstood in Washington.
It appears that the predictions of Dumitru Duduman are being fulfilled. Dumitru Duduman was a Romanian pastor and immigrant who came to the United States in 1984 to warn Americans what will happen if the nation continued on its path of wars and destruction.
This is the second warning.

In my vision, I was in America. I walked out of my home, and began to look for the one who had spoken to me. As I looked, I saw three men dressed alike. Two of the men carried weapons. One of the armed men came to me. “I woke you to show you what is to come.” He said. “Come with me.”
I didn’t know where I was being taken, but when we reached a certain place he said, “stop here!”
A pair of binoculars was handed to me, and I was told to look through them.
“Stand there, don’t move, and look,” he continued. “You will see what they are saying, and what they are preparing for America.”
As I was looking, I saw a great light. A dark cloud appeared over it. I saw the president of Russia, a short, chubby man, who said he was the president of China, and two others. The last two also said where they were from, but I did not understand. However, I gathered they were part of Russian controlled territory. The men stepped out of the cloud.
The Russian president began to speak to the Chinese one. “I will give you the land with all the people, but you must free Taiwan of the Americans. Do not fear, we will attack them from behind.”
A voice said to me, “Watch where the Russians penetrate America.” I saw these words being written: Alaska; Minnesota; Florida.
Then, the man spoke again, “When America goes to war with China, the Russians will strike without warning.”
The other two presidents spoke, “We, too, will fight for you.” Each had a place already planned as a point of attack.
All of them shook hands and hugged. Then they all signed a contract. One of them said, “We’re sure that Korea and Cuba will be on our side, too. Without a doubt, together, we can destroy America.”
The president of Russia began to speak insistently, “Why let ourselves be led by the Americans? Why not rule the world ourselves? They have to be kicked out of Europe, too! Then I could do as I please with Europe!”
The man standing beside me asked, “This is what you saw: they act as friends, and say they respect the treaties made together. But everything I’ve shown you is how it will REALLY happen. You must tell them what is being planned against America.
Then, when it comes to pass, the people will remember the words the Lord has spoken.”
“Who are you?” I asked.
“I am the protector of America. America’s sin has reached God. He will allow this destruction, for He can no longer stand such wickedness. God however, still has people that worship Him with a clean heart as they do His work. He has prepared a heavenly army to save these people.”
As I looked, a great army, well-armed and dressed in white, appeared before me.
“Do you see that?” the man asked. “This army will go to battle to save My chosen ones. Then, the difference between the Godly and the ungodly will be evident.”

I realize that I have a very hard product to sell. However, if my methods were incorrect, I would not have been able to provide the framework for the world that we see in 2024. I have provided names and dates these last seventeen-years, and we are at the point of a Limited Nuclear War and The Second American Civil War.
Readers should keep in mind that I first presented the framework for today’s world affairs in 2007, when I began this website and published my first book, The Age of Desolation. All that I have done these last seventeen-years is place the pieces that I first presented in that framework into place when they appear. This is why I am dependent on the news.
Putin arrives in China’s ‘Little Moscow’ as allies aim to deepen trade
Vladimir Putin’s arrival in China on May 17th, 2024 appeared in the window for what I have interpreted as either an earthquake in Los Angeles or the detonation of a nuclear weapon in Los Angeles on May 10 th of some unknown year.
Given the slop in the Julian to Gregorian calendar conversion, I believe that window exists from May 10 th to May 20 th for the said unknown year that it occurs.
Vladimir Putin’s arrival in China on May 17th, 2024 fits inside that window.
If Russia and China signed some form of military pact in the last few days and Los Angeles is later destroyed in a nuclear attack when China and the U.S. go to war, then this would be how The Nostradamus Butterfly Effect works.
If you do not look at the entire Nostradamus Picture, you will not see the message. It’s like looking at an unfinished jigsaw puzzle. This is the best analogy that I can come up with and that is relevant to the missed message of Nuclear War in Quatrain IV-96.

The most important example of how to look at Nostradamus’ dating scheme is in Quatrain IV-96.

This Quatrain is a good example of Nostradamus’ dating schemes and identifiers. The symbolism of the Kingdom of the Balance, the United States, and the preservation of Christianity is found throughout all of Nostradamus’ work. That is why I have included it here with the passages from The Epistle to Henry.
Here is a first important example on how to read Nostradamus’ dates. America celebrates July 4th, 1776 as its Declaration of Independence from rule under the British crown.
“Fifteen years” later, King Louise XVI of France and Marie Antoinette tried to flee France. Their carriage ride to Varennes and arrest on the night of June 22nd, 1791 is the symbolic end of the French monarchy.
These are not the actual dates of the founding of the United States or the Republic of France, but in 1776 and in 1791 the symbolic events of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and the capture of Louise XVI and Marie Antoinette would lead to the formation of both republics.
This is another perfect example of The Nostradamus Butterfly Effect.

It is important to note here also, as I explain in the chapters ahead, that there is an unwritten part to my interpretation of this Quatrain that I will touch upon briefly. Line three in Quatrain IV-96 states that, “Through her promise in return for verification”, the United States will be, “Succeeding to the kingdom of the balance”.
The Kingdom of the Balance is the Christian Church. Lady Justice holds the balance. She is the judge of morality. Why will America inherit the power of the Christian Church? I suspect that during a nuclear missile attack, America will be sacrificed waiting for “verification” of the attack.

In Chapter Six I explained why the United States is the Kingdom of the Balance. Does “through her promise in return for verification, succeeding to the Kingdom of the balance” mean that the United States will delay a return nuclear strike while waiting for a verification of a hostile launch?

On October 3rd, 2014, the Turkish Parliament gave Erdogan the power to invade Syria. On August 25th, 2016, Turkey did invade Syria and is now expanding the Syrian territory it occupies.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was obviously not an Anti-Christian on October 3rd, 2014, when he was given the power to invade Syria; but one day he will pull Turkey out of NATO and wage a war with Christians and the West.
In Quatrain IV-96, “the promise in return for verification” will define America, this is Nostradamus’ Kingdom of the Balance.
And this is the beautiful nuance that readers of Nostradamus’ prophecies will miss when they want an Instagram, Tik Tok version of the world. They will never understand.
Prophecy is Root Cause Analysis. Nostradamus’ version goes right back to The First Cause. As I keep repeating, if you are looking for answers in interpreting just one Nostradamus’ prophecy, you will fail if you do not keep the entire Poetic Narrative in mind.
The Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping picture of these two Superpower leaders being followed by men carrying the codes for Nuclear War is historically monumental. It is a clear message, and those people who have not absorbed that message have been desensitized to the point of self-destruction.
Donald J. Trump is not coming to the rescue. The game is in motion, and that is what the Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping meeting was all about.
