Personally, I am still way behind the curve on getting ready for what is coming. I took a half-day off yesterday to close out my rental house after spending the last seven-weeks of moving. I then moved to stocking up for the long, hard winter. People must understand that when it breaks, it will be broken for the next few generations.
I am tired of driving. I am tired of lifting heavy shit. My shoulder went out three-weeks ago; doctors took pictures and MRIs, then told me to take pain meds and wait in line for an orthopedic doctor. There is no time left for that kind of crap.
I do not offer medical advice, but I sure do try to know my way around the bullshit.
I ignored them and went to a recommended chiropractor. On my second visit, he popped a shoulder muscle back into its proper channel. It was instant relief, and once again I have full range of motion of my left arm; Shoulder Arc Syndrome can be permanent. I am still working off the pain from the bruising, but I need to get things done.
After closing out my rental house, I went right to one of the large outlet stores and bought 150-pounds of rice and 150-pounds of various beans. I gave away all of my stored food before I moved. At 5:00 this morning, I unloaded all 300-pounds from my truck and then sped off to work.
I was ordering some expensive portable Power Stations on Amazon, when I suddenly realized that I needed to get this post out tonight, because this could be the last one ever.
There are some big changes coming to this website, in fact, it may even go down permanently on my birthday, November 10th, 2026; perhaps, even before that. I have some decisions to make; I have to come up with a plan before that date. My web hosting company has informed me that they are doing away with certain services that will impact this website. Having spent two-days on the phone with technicians, nobody can say for sure what will happen.

A SPOTLIGHT ON REALITY
I have briefly entertained the idea of using this website to mirror what readers see here. I stopped paying for the SSL Certificate for that site; so, it is now listed as dangerous. Readers can just click through the warnings. It is all a game and more bullshit.
A decade ago, I had to divide TheAgeofDesolation.com into subdomains to get a growing website to work. It worked seamlessly for readers, because that is the way I originally wrote the code, but now the changes coming on November 10th, 2026 are out of my league. Given my job reposnibilities and moving into a brand new house, I have many higher priorities.
I generally work on this website outside of the tools that my web hosting company provides; so, when these tools are discontinued in the next two-weeks, I am not sure what will happen. The technician that I was working with came back with reports that websites affected by this change are going down.
And as some readers may know, I recently made some coding changes based on information that was sent to me by the hosting company, but those changes did not work out too well. So, I want to thank JC, a dedicated reader of this website, who informed me the next morning that there were some problems with the website.
I made the appropriate repairs and everything is now back to normal, at least for the next ten-days.
When civilization begins to fall apart in the next few weeks, most likely near the end of the year, I know that people will be coming here for answers on what happens next.
There answer is already there for people to see. The Powers That Be are telegraphing their message. “There will be no electrical power for at least 90-days.”
My technician’s mother called him from New Jersey last night, asking what was going on. I have written all about it.

After last night’s conversation with my hosting company, I have decided to try and migrate the WordPress Nostradamus subdomain that readers are familiar with to the new platform. I am going to leave this post up for the next week while I make some changes to my website PoundingTheLaw.com.
The migration to a new platform will take ten-days; so, I need to make some decisions very soon. Yesterday, I realized that I needed to write one last post explaining the situation. I have written that I was going to retire from blogging, but I still want to keep the website running. I have two-decades of work into this project, and guess what? I got it fucking right.
If the website breaks, readers will find updates on PoundingTheLaw.com. I have to pay big money for all of this; so, frankly, I am not sure if it is worth my time. I know that there will be bugs that I have to work out afterwards, and I do not have the extra time. Therefore, this website may take far more than ten-days to come back up, if ever again.
What will be lost in the migration is all of my old material.

I have never taken this Internet shit seriously, because I live and work in a very serious world. But I am compelled to question the opinions of the over-bloated egos in the Alternative Media, and I would like to keep a record that I got it all right.
Readers should fully understand that I have heavily invested in my own view of the world with both money and personal energy.
