In Sixain XXX, I believe Nostradamus is giving future historians the two arbiters of humanity’s fate. The Physician of the Great Disease and The Leech of Unequal Order and Rank. They seem to be responsible for what history will recognize as the start of World War III.
In Chapter III, I explained how Nostradamus identified The Leech as being south of France, which makes The Leech North Africa, or more precisely, the Arab League. With that explanation, we can presume that The Leech of Unequal Order and Rank is the single most important Islamic leader in the world.

The question begs, why does Nostradamus call the other antagonist, The Physician of the Great disease? Is this person a doctor? Is it a metaphor? We know he “will set fire to the Olive branch”. Does he use “the great disease” as a weapon? Does he start biological warfare?

Charon and Ogmios are mythological psychopomps. Readers should note the appearance of The Physician of the Great Disease. He appears in three of The Sixains and is integral to starting World
War III.
This Sixain provides all the important years of major NATO provocations. In 2011, NATO invaded Libya. In 2014, NATO operatives staged a successful coup d’état in Ukraine, in 2019, COVID-19 was released, and it appears that it was developed by the U.S. National Institute of Health under the guidance of Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

After the January 12th, 2009 Israeli invasion of Gaza there were large demonstrations in Toulouse, France in support of the Palestinians.
Although not expressed, the “he” must be the Relative of the Leech as expressed in the nearly identical Sixain XLV. It is Nostradamus’ metaphor for the Palestinians. If they can throw rocks at tanks, that qualifies as not fearing the sword, fire, and the water guns that often breakup Palestinian demonstrations. This also hints that it might be Palestinian lands where the “blow of steel” is delivered.
It will be interesting to see what happens in Toulouse after Israel begins its invasion of Gaza.

So, one likely scenario is a nuclear dirty bomb or similar weapon will be used in the Palestinian territories. As I have mentioned, Israel is the Forward Operating Base for NATO in the Middle East, so of course it will sustain the first critical assault as the West attempts to conquer and control all of Islam.
If a nuclear weapon goes off near Israel, perhaps it will take a few weeks of pretending to hunt for the perpetrators, and then Syria and Iran will be blamed for this terrorist attack. The most logical course, however, will be that those events quickly escalate to a fill blown war, because the ultimate goal of the West is the conquest of Iran.
Nostradamus clearly states that the Crocodile will be the responsible party. Is the Crocodile symbolic of the Nile River and Egypt?

“And of such deeds one will not see the result” certainly implies that two notable terrorist incidents using a nuclear weapon will occur against the Relative of the Leech and the wolf. Of course, the wolf is an allusion to Romulus and Remus, the mythological twin brothers who founded Rome and who were both raised by a she-wolf.
Now I infer the use of nuclear weapons in Italy from another prediction that certain areas of northern Italy will be forbidden lands, and also from Sixain XIX above, which outlines the years and mentions the “incendiary.”
Here is how I derive the metaphor for one target being somewhere in Palestinian held land. I have considered and offered in all the editions of this book that it might be in the West Bank or Gaza.

The Crocodile is a reference to Egypt. This specifically addresses the prediction that the peace treaty between Israel and Egypt will be broken. Jealous of Israel’s possession of nuclear weapons, “the incendiary”, Egypt has secretly developed nuclear weapons.
As I also keep mentioning, the one line prediction in the Berlin Lead Tube Prophecies for 1979 was “The Death of Judah”. Israel did not die in 1979, but on March 26, 1979, it did sign the Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty.
Under the cover of peace, “for a long enough time hidden under the olive tree”, Egypt has hidden its nuclear weapons program.
According to this prediction, they do not appear to be capable of delivering one through a missile system, but they seem to have been hidden, or the weapons will soon be hidden, in the countries described below as “the Relative of the Leech” and the “wolf”.

“The pursuit of fire” certainly seems to hint at the pursuit of nuclear weapons. “Envy” is the key word that leads to this interpretation. With the date of 2022, I believed that this Quatrain was giving readers the starting date for Nuclear War.
It is interesting that Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022 to keep nuclear weapons off its borders. Again, we must consider The Nostradamus Butterfly Effect.
We are given four critical years, in 2010 The Arab Spring began, in 2011 NATO attacked Libya, in 2012 NATO attacked Syria, and in 2022, Russia attacked Ukraine. This should prove the validity of Nostradamus’ Dating Code since it is highly improbable that Nostradamus chose these historically significant years. Nostradamus seems to be giving his readers the steps leading up to Nuclear War.
Here is where an interpretation gets skewed. In those years, we see the NATO social engineering plan at work until the year 2022, when Russia challenged that plan by invading Ukraine.
The Crocodile is surely a reference to Egypt. The Sufyani is a bloodthirsty despot predicted to come in Islamic Hadith. Since The Sufyani is most likely an Egyptian, I suspect that The Crocodile is Nostradamus’ allusion to The Sufyani.

In the Sixains the Purveyor is a major character. It is in this sixain that readers should note that the Purveyor is identified as the great “fifth Prince”. Henri Selin is defined in Sixain XVI as a “purveyor of the marine monster”. Armed with Neptune’s trident, the Earthshaker, Aquilon is the “unparalleled” marine monster. Henri Selin therefore provides services or support to the military of Aquilon.

Again we have a reference to the Fifth and a reference to Hercules, as you have read in the previous quatrains, this is an allusion to the future Henri V of France. In the quatrain above we also have another reference to America through the symbolism of the eagle.

Once again, we see laisné nay. This Quatrain links “The elder heir” or “The elder born” to the name “Silene.” This appears to be another repeating version of Henri Selin. This is part of a long sequence of Triplicates in Century II.
This Quatrain associates Henri Selin with the military and who is located at the global fort of the port.

The last line in Quatrain IV-23 could read Port Selyn, but I believe Port is an apocope of Porte, meaning to hit or strike. It may also be enfolded information that at a port Selyn will strike them with fire.
I suspect “the long rest in the secure place” is a reference to a terrorist sleeper cell that resides near a port facility in the United States and is activated after the attack on Iran. The reason why I interpret Quatrain IV-23 this way is that Henri Selin’s actions are the conclusion to the poem. “A legion taking a long rest in a secure place” will come from sea with explosives.
Striking back Selyn Hercules will consume them with fire.”
