In 1948, Frank Wisner Sr. took charge of the Office of Policy Coordination (OPC). For the CIA’s espionage and counter-intelligence operations, he hired some very shady people.
Former OSS agent, Tom Braden, one of the former CNN commentators on the show Crossfire and a former member of The Georgetown Set, was a journalist working for the CIA’s Operation Mockingbird Program during that period; he once stated, “Wisner brought in a whole load of fascists after the war, some really nasty people.”
On November 12th, 1963, President John F. Kennedy gave the order that he wanted to see all intelligence on The UFO/Extraterrestrial Phenomenon. Ten-days later, he was dead.

“His own old ones” are The Georgetown Set. After the assassination of President Kennedy, some of the CIA Cuban mercenaries, “exiles” that tried to overthrow Fidel Castro appeared in many CIA operations. A few of them were eventually linked to the Watergate Scandal , the Iran-Contra Affair, and the BCCI Banking Scandal.

Colonia Dignidad’s longest continuous leader, Paul Schäfer, arrived in the colony in 1961. Schäfer was a fugitive, accused of child molestation in West Germany. The organization he led in Chile was described, alternatively, as a cult or as a group of “harmless eccentrics”. The organization was secretive, and the Colonia was surrounded by barbed wire fences, featured a watchtower and searchlights, and was later reported to contain secret weapon caches. External investigations, including efforts by the Chilean government, uncovered a history of criminal activity in the enclave, including child sexual abuse.

As well as being a secret Chilean torture prison run by Pinochet’s fascist thugs, Villa Baveria also was a site where children were sexually molested. Henry Kissinger and the CIA seem to have deep connections here, and these connections are very visible and beyond any kind of debate involving plausible deniability. They are part of the public record.
Simon Wiesenthal found evidence that Nazi doctor Josef Mengele, known as the “Angel of Death”, had visited the commune.
It was a virtual prison that was surrounded by barbed wire fences and had its own armored tank. Paul Schäfer was a Luftwaffe paramedic and his second-in-command, Dr. Hartmut Hopp and twenty-two other commune members, were all convicted by the Chilean government of molesting twenty-six children. Schäfer died in prison on April 24, 2010.
Schaefer’s ties to the Nazi “Angel of Death”, Dr. Josef Mengele and Villa Baveria lead directly back to Italy and Operation GLADIO through the sworn testimony of former CIA agent Michael Townley.
Michael Vernon Townley is an ex-CIA agent who is now in a witness protection program. Townley was convicted of hiring Cuban exiles to assassinate Orlando Letelier, a former Chilean diplomat to the United States.22 Townley also testified that he met with Italian agents for Operation GLADIO.
The CIA funded operation has been linked to numerous right-wing terrorist attacks in Italy throughout the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s. It led to the murder of over 1500 people. This era of history is known to the Italians as the “Years of Lead” named after the German film, Die bleierne Zeit, (The Leaden Times).
And there are more sinister implications, however, as Michael Townely’s testimony linked experiments at Villa Baveria with the Laboratorio de Guerra Bacteriologica del Ejercito, the Chilean Army Bacteriological War Laboratory.

Many commentators over the last few decades have believed that this pertains to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and his brother Senator Robert F. Kennedy. I do not disagree, and there is much more in this quatrain if you are willing to dig deep and accept the poetic license that Nostradamus employed. How much latitude and how wide a range readers are willing to credit to Nostradamus’ foresight is where the criticism begins.
Some critics have wondered what the conflict in Reims and London might have been or what pestilence arose in Tuscany. As this particular quatrain goes, and for that matter much of the citations in this book, the metaphors that prophets and poets decide to use will always be subjective. But we can introduce concurrent historical events to see the web of connections to what was happening in the world in 1963.
Propaganda Due is known as P2, a Masonic lodge that operated in Italy from 1945 to 1976. In 1976 the Grand Orient of Italy formally removed P2 from the Masonic charter.
Thereafter, and possibly to this day, P2 operated, or more than likely, operates as a clandestine criminal organization used by Italian and NATO intelligence services.
In the post-World War II fervor of anti-Communism, Propaganda Due grew to become the shadow government of Italy, to which its former Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi, has been linked.
In 1963 Italian financier, Licio Gelli, who was born in Tuscany, became a major player in Western intelligence circles and rose to Grand Master of the P2 Lodge.1 The story of Lico Gelli is too involved for this brief overview on history and the links to the Pagan Sect of Nostradamus, but it leads directly to the Vatican and the assassination of Pope John Paul I.

.…Licio Gelli of Tuscany; whose life story is part of the public record. Licio Gelli was always a committed fascist. He volunteered for Mussolini’s Black Shirt expeditionary forces and fought in Spain to support Francisco Franco while also working with the Third Reich and Hermann Göring.
After World War II, he gained notoriety by supporting the ratlines that fleeing Nazis were using to escape to South America.
In 1951, Gelli and Croatian Roman Catholic Priest Krunoslav Draganovic helped Klaus Barbie, the “Butcher of Lyon” escape to Argentina. Klaus Barbie was himself working for the 66th Detachment of the United States Army Counter Intelligence Corps. As you will read, Klaus Barbie appears to have also worked with the Central Intelligence Agency while in exile in Argentina until his extradition to France in 1983.
Operation Gladio was a NATO plan for stay-behind forces throughout Western Europe to engage the Soviet Union and Warsaw Pact militaries when NATO positions were overrun.

Frank Wisner Sr. was the creator of NATO’s Operation Gladio. Named after the gladius, the ancient Roman short-sword, these NATO follow-on forces soon became tools for false-flag terrorism in the years after Wisner’s suicide.

Resorts International and the former Bahamian Paradise Island Resort have a very shady history. To understand how these connect to the present time, we need to go back to the post World War II era.
In 1948, the National Security Council created an Office of Policy Coordination (OPC). Former Office of Strategic Services officer Paul L. E. Helliwell was the head of the Special Intelligence branch of the (OSS) in Kunming, China during World War II and later worked for the CIA.
He opened the Bank of Perrine in Key West, Florida and the Bank of Cutler Ridge, along with Castle Bank in the Bahamas. His partner was E. P. Barry, another OSS veteran who was the head of U.S. Counterintelligence in Vienna and an associate of the late CIA Director, William Casey.
Bruce Rappaport was a shareholder in another of E. P. Barry’s banks, the Inter Maritime Bank.
Rappaport was also deeply connected to the Bank of Credit and Commerce International and that institution subsequently became involved in The BCCI Scandal.
Mitchell WerBell III was another former OSS agent from the so-called “China Cowboys.” Along with billionaire financier Robert Vesco, they smuggled weapons for the CIA to guerrilla groups in Latin America and other right-wing causes.
James Crosby was the son of a former U.S. Attorney General who graduated from Georgetown University in 1949. His father was part of group of investors who purchased the Mary Carter Paint Company in 1958 and appointed him to run the company.
This group of investors is where all the strange connections with infamous historical figures begins. Former New York Governor Thomas Dewey and his son bought the Crosby-Miller Company, allegedly with $2 million given to Dewey by Allen Dulles, the Director of the CIA at the time.
The Crosby-Miller Company then took over the Mary Carter Paint Company in 1958.
In 1962, the Mary Carter Paint Company bought land in Freeport, Bahamas; however, the Paradise Island Resort was unable to obtain a gaming license until Wallace Groves was brought in as a partner in 1966.
Wallace Groves was an ex-convict, who with Eddie Cellini, was connected to the infamous mobster Meyer Lansky. In 1967, Paradise Island Resorts hired Eddie Cellini as its casino manager; Cellini had previously managed Meyer Lansky’s casino in the Hotel Internacional in Havana, Cuba.
Also in 1967, the CIA’s Inspector-General had connected Eddie Cellini and his brother Dino to various CIA plots to assassinate Fidel Castro. Eddie and Dino Cellini were the go-betweens to Tony Varona; and they were all previously part of the CIA’s failed Bay of Pigs invasion in Cuba.
Dino Cellini also worked with Joseph Francis Nesline in casino operations. Joe Nesline became the mafia capo for Washington D.C. It has been alleged that Meyer Lansky and Joe Nesline invented the use of sexual blackmail to trap influential people in Washington D.C.
Heidi Rikan was the D.C. based madam who worked for Nesline and who has been connected to The Watergate Scandal.
Tony Varona and the Cellini brothers communicated through a public relations agent named Edward K. Moss.
Edward K. Moss appears to have been a government contractor who hired underworld figures for specific jobs connected to intelligence agency operations. To show readers the history of connections behind today’s news and 1970, Adnan Khashoggi, the richest man in the world, hired Edward K. Moss as his public relations agent.
We know that almost two-decades later, Adnan Khashoggi would be instrumental in The Iran-Contra Scandal and was connected to The Jeffrey Epstein Scandal.
On October 2nd, 2018, exactly a year-and-a-day from The Las Vegas Massacre, his nephew, Jamal Khashoggi, a journalist for the Washington Post, was tortured and cut into pieces by Saudi intelligence operatives in the Saudi Arabian embassy in Istanbul, allegedly on orders from Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Adnan Khashoggi deposited $200 million into the bank account of Richard M. Nixon’s friend, Charles “Bebe” Rebozo. There was a “Richard M. Nixon” who had an account at Paul L. E. Helliwell’s Castle Bank in the Bahamas.
In 1968, the Mary Carter Paint division was sold and what remained was renamed Resorts International.
In 1970, Resorts International created and financed the private security company International Intelligence Inc., which was also known as Intertel. I have explained above how this company employed intelligence agency specialists from all branches of the government who were involved in Robert F. Kennedy’s Justice Department and the crackdown on the Mafia.
Over the years, Resorts International would host Howard Hughes, fugitive financier Robert Vesco, Nicaraguan dictator Anastasio Somoza, and the Shah of Iran. Therefore, the intelligence agency connections are obvious.
The Vatican’s banker, Archbishop Paul Marcinkus, was said to be a regular guest at Paradise Island. There was a Bahamas-based Banco Ambrosiano Overseas.

On May 26th, 1978, James Crosby opened Resorts International in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Citing the criminal activity at the Paradise Island Resort in the Bahamas, New Jersey’s Gaming Enforcement Division opposed granting a gambling license to James Crosby, and he died in 1986.
After Resorts International failed to find financing for the completion of the Taj Mahal hotel and casino; in July of 1987, Donald J. Trump stepped in and purchased a 73% controlling stake in Resorts International for $79 million.
Trump was appointed chairman of Resorts International and declared that he would complete the Taj Mahal in a year. In early 1988, that project was nearing bankruptcy, and Trump offered to buy all outstanding stock from Resorts International. This led to litigation between Donald J. Trump and another major stockholder, television entertainer Merv Griffin.
In November of 1988, Trump purchased the Taj Mahal from Resorts International for $273 million, while Merv Griffin purchased Resorts International for $365 million.
In less than a year, Resorts International began defaulting on its Michael Milken junk bonds, and in 1989, it entered Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection.
Donald J. Trump moved on to completing the Taj Mahal by financing the rest of the construction with $675 million in junk bonds at a 14% interest rate.
When Trump could not make the bond payments, his future Secretary of Commerce, Wilbur Ross, who was then the senior managing director of Rothschild & Co., stepped in and kept Trump afloat.
Working for the bankruptcy advising team representing the bondholders of Trump’s three casinos, Ross convinced Trump to sell 50% of the Taj Mahal for better terms on the debt while leaving Trump in control.
Trump and Wilbur Ross have a very close relationship and are neighbors in both New York and Florida. As well as being a member of Skull and Bones, Ross also worked for Rothschild & Co. a multinational investment bank. Therefore, for a man who wanted to “Drain the Swamp,” we see that Donald J. Trump comes from the deepest part of The Swamp.
After leaving the Presidency, Trump carried approximately $1.3 billion in debt.

After examining the history behind Resorts International, it is hard to believe that Trump did not know what was really on the books. This most likely would include years of money laundering.
Trump’s casino had to pay the Treasury Department a $477,000 fine in 1998 for violating the Bank Secrecy Act for operations between April 1990, when Trump’s Taj Mahal opened, and December of 1991.

In 1993, Anthony Summers, in his book Official and Confidential: The Secret Life of J. Edgar Hoover, claimed that Hoover did not pursue organized crime because the Mafia had blackmail material on him. In support of that, Summers quoted Susan L. Rosenstiel, a former wife of Lewis S. Rosenstiel, chairman of Schenley Industries Inc., as saying that in 1958, she was at a party at the Plaza Hotel where Hoover engaged in cross-dressing in front of her then-husband and Roy Cohn, former counsel to Senator Joe McCarthy.

Donald J. Trump’s mentor was Roy M. Cohn. Cohn was a very close friend of FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, and both Cohn and Hoover were friends with Lewis Rosenstiel.
Both Meyer Lansky and Roy M. Cohn called Lewis Rosenstiel Supreme Commander.
In 1965, Lewis Rosenstiel donated $1 million to the J. Edgar Hoover Foundation. It was Rosenstiel’s fourth wife, Susan L. Rosenstiel, who reported under oath that J. Edgar Hoover was a cross-dresser who engaged in sexual orgies with her husband, Roy M. Cohn, and underage boys.
In 1976, Roy M. Cohn tried to secretly steal Rosenstiel’s Schenley Products Company by forging his will. This nearly got him disbarred.

Non-Governmental Organizations are fronts for intelligence operations. Egypt kicked out the son of former Transportation Secretary Ray Lahood in 2012.
The new military government in Egypt had seven members of an NGO arrested in March of 2012. The Egyptian military understood how the game is played because of their deep connections with the CIA. That is why the seven were later allowed to escape from Egypt.

What is paramount in Nostradamus’ World War III prophecies is to recognize that any time he writes “The Seven”, it is most likely an allusion to the Group of Seven Nations. The G7 formed around a series of meetings between the financial ministers of France, Great Britain, and West Germany beginning on March 25th, 1973.
Big plans seemed to have been set in motion in 1974. It began with the British elections on February 28th, 1974 and a Hung Parliament a day later.
President Pompidou of France died on April 2nd, 1974 and his successor resigned.
West German Chancellor Willy Brandt resigned on May 7th, 1974 and three of his successors passed through the position by the end of the year.
President Richard Nixon of the United States was forced to resign on August 8th, 1974.
Prime Minister Kakuei Tanaka of Japan resigned in a scandal on December 9th, 1974.
There was more to The Watergate Scandal than history records. In the light of the removal of four world leaders in 1974, these original core nations would later form the Group of Seven Nations, the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, Japan, Canada, and Italy.
In two very important Quatrains related to nuclear war, Quatrain IV-96 and Quatrain VI-82, the reader must understand The Seven and its relationship to the nation of The Balance. They are allusions to the G7 and the United States position in that group.

Readers should also note the numbering of the Quatrain also indicates 1967.
1585 becomes 1995; it is the year of The Oklahoma City Bombing. This happened under former President Bill Clinton, who I suspect is Nostradamus’ Adulterer in Quatrain VIII-14.
1606 becomes the year 2011; it is the year NATO attacked Libya. This happened under Barack Obama, who is Nostradamus’ Black King and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, she is Nostradamus’ Mannish Woman in Quatrain VIII-15.
2011 is Nostradamus’ official year for the start of World War III, and this is found in Quatrain I49.
