According to several recent news reports, the two major Trump foreign policy shifts last week are the handiwork of Marco Rubio, the President’s Secretary of State and (acting) National Security Advisor. As with all neocon plans, they will be big on promises and small on delivery.
First up, according to Bloomberg it was Rubio who finally convinced President Trump to take “ownership” of the US proxy war on Russia, and for the first time place sanctions on Russia. Up to this point President Trump chose to portray himself as a mediator between Ukraine and Russia.

This is certainly a reference to the neo-conservative agenda to overthrow the current government of Iran. “Voudront” is to want, to desire, or to take. “Carmanie” is Carmania, an ancient province in Iran at the entrance to the Persian Gulf.
“Ishmaelites” is a clear reference to Islam. Today, we understand the strategic importance of this part of the world. Most importantly to note is that “the asses desiring it” and “the supporters in favor of it” are all killed, “all covered by earth”.
This means that since the “[neo-conservative] asses” are generally far from the battlefield, they are killed in what seems to be an eventual nuclear war.
Obviously, The Mule is the symbol of the Democratic Party and another of Nostradamus’ allusions.

Here again we have a confirming quatrain of a sunken fleet and war throughout Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Note the line “when the hunger of the mule will be satiated”. This must apply to the line from Quatrain X-31, “the asses will also want Carmania (Iran)”. The hunger of the neoconservative asses will be satiated through global war.

The war front will extend from India, through the Levant, and into Europe. The “Faith in Libya Broken” is a reference to failed “Libyan regime change”. The Chinese and Russians will no longer accept the main excuse that Neo-conservatives use for invasion and conquest. This indicates that the West makes a provocative move.

Here is some food for thought. In 2007, I was writing about Great Britain being sunk during World War III. It was a generic description that I connected with a potential meteorite strike in Northern France or a very large nuclear weapon.
In 2025, we now know that Russia has developed a nuclear torpedo called Poseidon, and this drone torpedo can bury itself along the coast of major target cities. Once detonated, it will drown these target cities with a 1,600-foot tidal wave, and leave the land around them radioactive swamps for generations.

Originally, I thought “fire resisting water” is the destruction by fire in warfare, and then destruction by water after a meteorite apparently crashes into northern France some time after the war resumes in 2020. However, now with Russia’s leak of their development and deployment of “nuclear mole missiles” that can cause tidal waves, this interpretation becomes a possibility.

I saw the Status 6 development when the news broke and connected it to Quatrain VIII-16, and wrote about that connection in my 2017 book. Today, there are some people who believe that the Russians have already placed the Status 6 Poseidon nuclear drone torpedo into service.

Nearly two-decades ago, I wrote material that follows today’s headline news stories. Clearly, I have accurately described where we are at today. I am not looking for people’s acceptance with what I write and what I have predicted here; I am looking at the clock. This is my map. What recently happened in the gold and silver markets was another indicator that we could be sliding toward a cold spring next year.
Donald J. Trump bluster was predictable. He is a cartoon character and playing a part, but that kind of bluster never ends well. I am hoping that we have at least six-months left.
The next big fork in the road on my timeline is what I call The First Blow of Steel; this will happen in a Palestinian territory. It will be followed by The Second Blow of Steel somewhere in Italy. After these two events, NATO and Russia will go to war and most of Great Britain will become a series of small islands after Russia sinks half of England with a Poseidon nuclear torpedo.
As my quotes above show, I first recognized this in 2017. That is almost nine-years ago.
