THE FIRST BLOWS AGAINST THE EMPIRE
President Jimmy Carter was the odd man out in The Deep State.
Jimmy Carter hired Admiral Stansfield Turner to cleanup the “George H. W. Bush, Operation 40 Group CIA”.
Turner was appointed to lead the CIA by Jimmy Carter in 1977 and undertook a series of controversial reforms, including downsizing the Agency’s clandestine arm and emphasizing technical intelligence collection over human intelligence. He also oversaw the CIA’s responses to the Iranian Revolution and the Soviet–Afghan War.
The payback was harsh. The machine was already solidly in place.
On January 30th, 1976, George H. W. Bush was sworn in as President Gerald R. Ford’s new Director of Central Intelligence. The former Director, Richard Helms, was fired in 1973 and shipped to Iran as the CIA station chief in the Tehran Embassy until 1976.
Too many people had begun connecting the former CIA Director to the JFK assassination, Watergate, and MKULTRA, among many other lesser know operations. George H. W. Bush had to hide the Richard Helm’s CIA; he held too many secrets.

The details in Quatrain II-67 are incredible. Nostradamus was writing for the historians, because he gives very fine details like the famous nicknames of secret agents that only those in power would recognize or that only historians would know after having gained access to the information once it was released to the public record.
Who, of course, in 1967 would have had access to information like this before the events unfolded or while they were occurring?

CIA agent, Ted Shackley was there for it all, the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Cuban Project, the Bay of Pigs, the Vietnam War’s Phoenix Program, and the Iran-Contra Affair. This was probably much to Lyndon B. Johnson’s regret.
If Nostradamus is right, the Georgetown Set committed two coup d’états, President John F. Kennedy and the first CIA stooge president, Lyndon B. Johnson. On March 31st, 1968, Johnson announced to the nation that he would not run for a second term in office, nor would he accept the Democratic Party’s nomination for the Presidency.
One of the most pivotal years in history for the United States was 1967. Note the number of Nostradamus’ quatrain.
CIA agent E. Howard Hunt’s confession suggests that the Blond Ghost “chased out” Johnson, because Cord Meyer worked with Theodore Shackley at JM/WAVE and the Blond Ghost had enough evidence to “compromise” the sitting President.

“His own old ones” are The Georgetown Set. After the assassination of President Kennedy, some of the CIA Cuban mercenaries, “exiles” that tried to overthrow Fidel Castro appeared in many CIA operations. A few of them were eventually linked to the Watergate Scandal , the Iran-Contra Affair, and the BCCI Banking Scandal.

As I explained in Chapter Fifteen, it predicted Iran’s rise to world power after the Ayatollah Khomeini left his exile in France and returned to Iran.
The term “October Surprise” was born out of the Conspiracy Theory that Vice Presidential candidate George H. W. Bush took a CIA sponsored SR-71 ride to Paris to meet with Iranian diplomats, urging them to keep the hostages until after the 1980 Presidential election.
…No way was George Bush put in the back seat of an SR-71, kicking out the navigator and the electronic systems navigation officer, the EWO, kick him out, put the President in and launch him back to New York so he could get back on the campaign trail as the Vice President in the careful closing days of the campaign, which was then too close to call, October of 1990.
No, my colleagues and Mr. Speaker, the October Surprise is science fiction and we are going to waste over $3 million.

Despite the Conspiracy Theory tag, this led to “The Iran-Contra Scandal” under the George H. W. Bush administration, and introduced people like the first Donald J. Trump administration Attorney General, William Barr.

President Carter understood what he was up against, and I salute that noble attempt as the first blows against “The Deep State” and The Empire.
That is President Carter’s unrecognized legacy.
I would not understand that until 1989.
Secret Wars of the CIA
John Stockwell talked about the inner workings of the CIA. Topics included CIA destabilizing governments in Angola and other countries and setting up drug cartels as part of covert operations in certain countries.
I read many of the books that John Stockwell recommended, and then followed that two-years later by attending a luncheon with former Presidential candidates Ross Perot and John Anderson.
On November 4th, 1979, I was rushed to the Persian Gulf as part of the U.S. Navy’s Expeditionary Force. I had already been on deployment for 6-months, and I was looking forward to going home and wrapping up my enlistment. But off the coast of Iran is where I first learned about Biblical prophecy.
1979 – SOMEWHERE IN THE ARABIAN SEA
We supported the disastrous Desert One attempt to rescue the U.S. embassy hostages, and so when the 1980 Presidential-Election rolled around, I was still pissed off at Carter, and I voted for Independent candidate John Anderson.
Jimmy Carter will always be a target for the critics, especially with the political connections to The Trilateral Commission.
And this is why everybody has to continue reading and learning how the world really works, and put aside political ideology. Admiral Stansfield Turner’s CIA reforms were the one clue to Jimmy Carter’s morality and his awareness of the dangers of The Deep State. I suspect that Jimmy Carter’s idealism eventually faced up to the reality that foundational change was beyond his power, and he sought other avenues to make a difference.
This was once the heart of the Democratic Party.
Today’s Democratic Party shows people how successful the November 22nd, 1963 coup d’état really was.
