THE SABINE KING

“Quant on aura esleu le Sabinois”, “when The Sabine is elected” is a reference to The Sabines and Rome. The Sabines initially started as a colony of Spartans in central Italy. After The Rape of the Sabine Women, the Sabines attacked Rome. The Sabine women convinced the Sabine king, Titus Tatius, and the Roman king, Romulus, to end the war. Afterwards, both leaders ruled over Rome until the murder of Titus Tatius.

Enter Donald J. Trump as the President of the United States. As well as the rape allegations made against former President Bill Clinton, the husband of Donald Trump’s former opponent, I suspect that this historical dual leadership aspect of ancient Rome is the main point of Nostradamus’ allusion.
