Dr. Stuart Hameroff and Nobel laureate physicist Sir Roger Penrose developed the Orchestrated Objective Reduction Theory<\/em> (Orch OR) of quantum consciousness. They suggest that consciousness resides in the microtubles in the cytoskeleton of every cell in every living thing. I would also throw in the theories of British biologist Rupert Sheldrake and morphic fields<\/em>.<\/p>\n

This would essentially mean that we are avatars living in a hologram. When prophecy enters the picture, it raises questions about freewill.<\/p>\n

If we are considering quantum consciousness, I suggest that we also bring in physicist David Bohm’s Hidden Variable Theory<\/em> regarding the collapse of The Electron Wave Function<\/em> and probability’s place in our lives. He suggests that perhaps Platonic Values<\/em> may be the hidden variables that decide and shape quantum events.<\/p>\n

I have always associated Platonic Values<\/em> with God’s design.<\/p>\n

\u201cDelivered to the Corsairs\u201d suggests that this is the United States 5th<\/sup> Fleet in the Persian Gulf or the Arabian Sea, since this is a 16th<\/sup> century term Nostradamus would use for Muslim pirates.<\/p>\n

As I mentioned, what is interesting about Quatrain X-76 is its relationship to the history of the Athenian General Thrasybulus, which Nostradamus recounts in his Epistle to Henry. Before his coup against the Thirty Tyrants, the Athenian fleet and expeditionary force sailed to Sicily and was destroyed.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nIn Roman mythology and religion, Quirinus is an early god of the Roman state. In Augustan Rome, Quirinus was also an epithet of Janus, Mars, and Jupiter.<\/p>\n
