\u201cThe great credit\u201d means \u201ceasy credit\u201d. Bill Clinton\u2019s economic policies initiated during his Presidency will bring about Global Economic Collapse.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe great credit of gold and abundance of silver\u201d suggests economic events related to The Adulterer. We know that in 1999 President Bill Clinton repealed The 1933 Glass-Steagall Act. This 1933 and 1935 legislation put restrictions on the banking and securities industries.<\/p>\n

Many commentators believe that the removal of these protections led to the 2007-2008 Financial Crisis through easy credit.<\/p>\n

There is more room in this Quatrain for a future prediction. I suspect that readers are being given a sign that this is also related to the final Global Economic Collapse.<\/em><\/p>\n

This Sixain also has one of the most important clues to when The Global Economic Collapse will come. In fact, this false-flag event seems to initiate the collapse, \u201cthey will feel the effects of the bottomless purse\u201d.<\/p>\n

Israel receives tremendous financial support from the United States; thus, the interpretation seems to say, the time of \u201cthe bottomless purse\u201d ends.<\/em><\/p>\n

Isfahan is in Iran, over two-hundred miles south of Tehran. It is the site of Iran\u2019s largest missile production facilities as well as the home of the Isfahan Nuclear Technology Center. It is an integral and very important city in Iran\u2019s nuclear weapons program.<\/p>\n

This points to a large Israeli military force already positioned around Iran\u2019s nuclear weapons program in the city of Isfahan.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nIt was President Bill Clinton and Tony Blair who led the NATO intervention in the Kosovo War during the breakup of Yugoslavia. As you will read in Chapter Fifteen, Nostradamus had some very specific predictions concerning this area of the world and the appearance of two of history\u2019s most memorable characters, Attila and Xerxes. Attila first appeared in the Kosovo region and Xerxes, of course, ruled ancient Persia, present day Iran.<\/em><\/p>\n

Attila attacked the Roman Empire and tried to take Rome, but failed. Xerxes tried to conquer Greece, but failed. Nostradamus is giving his readers historical allusions.<\/p>\n

The introduction of \u201cthe coming of the Holy Ghost\u201d<\/em> invites much speculation that I have only touched upon throughout the previous chapters. Otherworldly intervention in humanity\u2019s history and future is in Nostradamus\u2019 writings, and I examine that in Chapter Eighteen. This particular passage in Nostradamus\u2019 Epistle to Henri<\/em> is similar to \u201cGeorge Washington\u2019s Vision\u201d<\/em>, first published in 1859.<\/p>\n

Edgar Cayce also predicted that the “raising up<\/em>” of a New Xerxes was essential to the return of Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n

The Occultation of Al-Mahdi is also a period where it is predicted that he will disappear from sight; it is suggested that this is a period of imprisonment. Al-Mahdi is the Islamic savior and The Dajjal is the Islamic Antichrist.<\/em><\/p>\n

The \u201cHidden Imam\u201d will come just before \u201cThe Final Judgment\u201d. This is a belief held by Shiite and Sufi Muslims.<\/p>\n

Sunnis are also expecting Al-Mahdi to appear during the \u201cLast Hours.\u201d They too believe that he will be a descendant of the Prophet Mohammad; and the two main Sunni Hadith that describe the signs of his arrival are Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim.<\/em><\/p>\n

To test this theory, go to any published book on Nostradamus\u2019 Centuries and look this Quatrain up.<\/p>\n

Quatrain VI-21 presents readers with another printing conundrum. The 1557 edition has \u201cthe great temple<\/em>\u201d in line three. Every edition after that has \u201cthe great tremble<\/em>\u201d, which other Nostradamus Commentators have taken as an allusion to war.<\/p>\n

The 1557 Edition was the first printing of this Quatrain and the following Quatrain VI-22 mentions \u201cthe great celestial or heavenly temple<\/em>\u201d. Since Nostradamus was still alive in 1557, I tend to go with \u201cthe great temple\u201d. This is clearly a part of a Triplicate Series<\/em>.<\/p>\n

There is a great deal of war-like imagery. \u201cWhen those of the arctic pole [NATO] unite assembling<\/em>\u201d, and \u201cRhodes (Greece), Byzantium (Istanbul, Turkey) stained with Barbarian blood<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

General Khalifa Haftar is the man who controls most of Libya, especially its eastern border with Egypt.<\/p>\n

Turkey supports Prime Minister Fayez al-Sarraj of the Government of National Accord (GNA).<\/p>\n

Both the United Nations and the United States recognize al-Sarraj as the leader of Libya.<\/p>\n

Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi and Khalifa Haftar of the Libyan National Army (LNA) are allies. Khalifa Haftar is an ally of Russia.<\/p>\n

According to Ukrainian military sources, Libyan military commander Khalifa Haftar is working to send troops to support Russia\u2019s invasion of Ukraine. <\/p>\n

My guess is that in the future, a Russian fleet will port in Libya. This becomes crucial to Russia\u2019s eventual invasion of Southern Europe.<\/p>\n

Starting with the Trump Administration to this day, the Turkish lira has collapsed; this currency devaluation would also fulfill, \u201c[The] Edict changing money and alloys.\u201d<\/p>\n

With \u201cHystra\u201d now clearly Libyan General Khalifa Haftar, I would say that his control of eastern Libya and the Egyptian border qualifies as \u201cHystra of Egypt;\u201d it depends on how Nostradamus measured the national boundaries. Haftar also has the complete backing of Egypt, and he models
\nhimself after Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah Al-Sisi.<\/p>\n

I suspect that \u201cdeflie\u201d is \u201cd\u00e9fil\u00e9\u201d to parade or protest. The tenor implies that General Khalifa Haftar becomes upset with \u201c[The] Edict changing money and alloys.\u201d This is probably because Haftar and his army finished capturing Libya\u2019s oilfields in early April of 2019.<\/p>\n

Before Al-Mahdi appears, a powerful Islamic despot from Egypt, called The Sufyani in Islamic Hadith, will join Turkey and conquer Syria and Iraq. My top choice is Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, or perhaps General Khalifa Haftar might be another possibility.<\/p>\n

Interestingly enough, one prophecy regarding The Sufyani has him fleeing Egypt and going to Turkey for aid. I examine these in Chapter XVI.<\/p>\n

I get the sense that there seems to be some unfinished business in this Quatrain related to Donald J. Trump, and this leaves open the question about the 2024 Presidential Election.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nAs you read in Chapter Seven for my interpretation of the very important Quatrain IV-50, Hesperia was considered the far western land. Quatrain IV-39, examined further ahead on the timeline, I feel conclusively identifies Hesperia as America.<\/p>\n

Fort Knox is the repository for all of the United States\u2019 gold, therefore, \u201ctreasure placed in a temple by citizens of America\u201d.<\/p>\n

Rumors that the gold in Fort Knox has already been moved to another location have circulated for years.65 Nostradamus seems to confirm it.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe temple opened by starving bonds\u201d is another detailed description of how bad it will become in the United States. There will be no food available, and many people will starve to death.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nAs you read in Quatrain X-81, thousands of people would rather risk death by bullets then death by starvation. \u201cCries, weeping, tears will come with knives\u201d suggests that this is a disarmed population.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe living pushed back and murdered instantly\u201d means that the soldiers guarding Fort Knox will have the weaponry to instantly kill many people.<\/p>\n

Note the similarity to \u201cerecting the Promontory Weapon\u201d and \u201cset up high platforms\u201d.<\/p>\n

This could be some type of Directed Energy crowd control device. My suspicion is that this is the period that sees Barack Obama return as the savior and hero and the beginning of FEMA camps.<\/p>\n

Do note that just as Century III seemed to hold many sequential Quatrains concerning World War III, Century X also holds many sequential Quatrains regarding The Second American Civil War.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nI have mapped out the main area of warfare during The Second American Civil War.<\/p>\n

\u201cGhent\u201d is Ghent, Kentucky on the Ohio River just northeast of Fort Knox by approximately seventy-five miles.<\/p>\n

As you will read in Quatrain VI-27, it seems that the front-line for The Second American Civil War will be along the Ohio River valley.<\/p>\n

Amazingly, we can see the entire structure of the American uprising in a series in Century VI.<\/em><\/p>\n

\nIt is very important for readers of this book to understand the predictive power of the prophecies if you understand Nostradamus\u2019 template of the future. Having originally translated Quatrain X-81 as some previous commentators, who also wrote about the connections to the United States and the Fort Knox gold repository, I originally wondered how Quatrain X-83 could be part of the triplicate if it referred to the municipality of Ghent in Belgium.<\/p>\n

I surmised that a city of Ghent had to be located in Kentucky within a certain radius of Fort Knox. It did not take me long to find. Ghent, Kentucky was named for the Belgium city.<\/p>\n

So, it seems that at some future date a large battle will occur around Fort Knox and \u201cThe temple [will be] opened by starving bonds\u201d. Evidently, the people of the country will be starved into submission, but they will retake Fort Knox only to realize that all of the gold has been stolen.<\/p>\n

It would fit that the Dayton, Ohio Five Rivers MetroPark waterways may be Henri Selin\u2019s base of operations, because they connect to the Ohio River and Ghent, Kentucky.<\/em><\/p>\n

In Quatrain X-82, what if the lines, “Parks around to set up high platforms, The living pushed back and murdered instantly<\/em>” refers to The Discombobulator Weapon<\/em> set up on high platforms and switched to the kill mode?<\/p>\n
