It is now well-proven that observation and consciousness are part of the Quantum Equation, and so I suspect that soon the spiritual part of the Quantum Equation will be discovered. I doubt if Human Civilization can go much farther without this breakthrough.

Perhaps the spiritual side of the equation is related to physicist David Bohm's Implicate Order and Hidden Variable Theory.

Implicate and Explicate Order
Two different frameworks for understanding the same phenomenon or aspect of reality. In particular, the concepts were developed in order to explain the bizarre behavior of subatomic particles which quantum physics struggles to explain.

I built my Metaphysics Website as a repository of articles that help me understand the nature of our Shared Reality. In Part II, I will present some of the theories of popular Alternative Energy Researchers as well as some of my own. I say my own, but what I have done is simply taken the work of these researchers and linked them together.

Everything exists within a larger Field. The Field's energy and momentum always influence the trajectory of an individual particle regardless of choice.

If you know anything about the life of science fiction writer Philip K. Dick, you will know that he really believed that "The Adjustment Bureau" existed, because he met them. Our courses seem to be set by a larger field.

I first read about The Council of Nine from Robert Anton Wilson's great book, Everything is Under Control, Conspiracies, Cults, and Cover-Ups.

The Council of Nine describes themselves, through their two-decades channeller Phyllis Schlemmer, as "a circle of universal beings living outside time and space."

In the 1993 compendium of their dialogues with various of their human questioners, among them Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry and many, many others including heads of state and international business and philosophical personalities... this group of "off-planet intelligence complexes" tells their story, which if one is to give credence to this process and its information, may be to some degree, "our" story also.

Many years previous to this I had read the theories of the infamous 19^th century inventor John Worrell Keely, and I knew that he was writing about fractional charge. Technically, the electric field on the Electron extends to infinity. The Electron had not been discovered when Keely began his experiments.

If Fractional Charge outside a Baryon existed, it would have to obey the laws of Charge Conservation. Therefore, I did the math for nine levels of Fractional Charge, as per Keely's description of Aether structure. The magic number was 9⁹. Keely wrote that there was base reality and six layers to the Aether, with two Intermediate Boundary Layers set a third apart.

So, when I came upon The Council of Nine, I was intrigued by this coincidence with my math work.

Free Will is a matter of perspective. Along with the Milky Way Galaxy and Solar System, the Earth is moving at 631 km/sec through the universe. It is deciding where everyone goes.

Putting aside metaphysics, cosmic design, and the spiritual implications, the physics of how it all works can help build a better battery. By integrating modern ideas of The Active Vacuum with Tom Bearden's ideas of a Time Domain and Dr. Aspden's ideas of a Virtual Electron Lattice and Positive Continuum of Fractional Charge, I see the engineering potential in piezoelectric crystals.

Perovskite Materials seem to have the basic crystal structure of the gravitational metric as seen in many Galactic Structures.

I have taken more than a few notes on the work of some well-known Alternative Energy researchers. It is 2020, and it has taken me over two-decades, but I think that I finally understand what Joseph Newman was trying to do.

Newman's Energy Machine
Newman's Energy Machine was a DC motor which the inventor, Joseph Newman, claimed to produce mechanical power exceeding the electrical power being supplied to it.

Newman's sheath of Magnetic Gyroscopic Particles move at the speed of light against the very slow speed of the real electrons moving in the wire. His designs called for very long lengths of wire wrapped into very large and expensive coils. Copper mass also played a part, so the more mass, the more energy.

I suspect that Newman was trying to exploit the latency between the particle's speeds.

It was in analyzing Newman's system that I first understood the nature of The Fine Structure Constant, another Physics' Constant that Dr. Aspden was able to derive.

Before I read about Dr. Aspden's work, I figured that Newman's Gyroscopic Particles must create their own magnetic field in conjunction with the slower moving electrons in the wire. The ratio of the two magnetic fields was The Fine Structure Constant.

THE RATIO OF MAGNETIC FIELDS IS THE FINE STRUCTURE CONSTANT

When I was studying the magnetic field of the electrons at various energy levels and comparing them to Newman's Magnetic Gyroscopic Particles, I discovered that every electron energy level has its own Fine Structure Constant.

I began examining the magnetic field that the electron creates as it moves through the copper lattice in a coil of wire, as well as in its orbit around the protons in the lattice.

Depending on the Atomic Shell, electrons have various speeds. When I calculated the Magnetic Moments, the Orbital Dipole Moments, the Angular Momentums, and Spin Angular Momentums of the electrons in Bohr Orbits and those of Newman's Magnetic Gyroscopic Particles, I discovered that the ratios of the Magentic Fields were The Fine Structure Constant.

Newman may have been dealing with Virtual Electrons, because in Dr. Harold Aspden's Theory, they circulate in The Vaccuum Lattice at the speed of light.

In fact, I suspect that Dr. Aspden's Lattice is the source of the Magnetic A Field, which Tom Bearden has tried to exploit with some of his and John Bedini's transformer designs.

THE MAGNETIC A FIELD

The Magnetic Vector Potential was thought to be a mathematical convention. In Akira Tonomura's book, The Quantum World Unveiled By Electron Waves, he decribes his experiment that proved The Magnetic Vector Potential was a Real Field of Nature.

If any reader is serious about designing his or her own Alternative Energy device, this book is essential in understanding the origin of the Magnetic Field. Akira Tonomura provides a great understanding and history of Magnetic Vector Potential Theory and the hardware he needed to prove it.

The problem in Alternative Energy Research is who's theory do you embrace.

The planetary model of atomic structure is passé in the 21^st century, but it worked pretty well for the physicists in the early 20^th century.

Niels Bohr
Niels Henrik David Bohr was a Danish physicist who made foundational contributions to understanding atomic structure and quantum theory, for which he received the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1922. Bohr was also a philosopher and a promoter of scientific research.

Bohr developed the Bohr model of the atom, in which he proposed that energy levels of electrons are discrete and that the electrons revolve in stable orbits around the atomic nucleus but can jump from one energy level (or orbit) to another. Although the Bohr model has been supplanted by other models, its underlying principles remain valid.

What Bohr did was suggest that the Centrifugal Force on an Electron orbiting a Proton was balanced by an equal and opposite Electrical Force. Therefore, the Centripetal Force is due to the Electrostatic Force. Electrostatic attraction between the positively charged Proton and the negatively charged Electron equals the centrifugal force of the Electron as it moves in a circular orbit.

I show the forces for the first two Bohr Orbits.

I first heard of Randell Mills Black Light Theory in 2005; that is when I started a MathCad worksheet on his research.

Randell L. Mills claims to have discovered a new energy source. The purported energy source is based on Mills' assertion that the electron in a hydrogen atom can drop below the lowest energy state known as the ground state. Mills calls these hypothetical hydrogen atoms that are in an energy state below ground level, "hydrinos"

What I have done here is taken the Bohr Equation for Electron Energy Levels, and taken the reciprocals of the Bohr Energy Levels, which would be considered sub-orbits of the Hydrogen Electron.

Readers should note the energy levels that any sub-Bohr Electron Orbits can generate. They are substantially higher. The reason that this must be is because we are dealing with the outer energy levels of the Proton.

MILL'S ELECTRON SUB-LEVEL AND BOHR EQUATION FOR PROTON

If we apply the Bohr Equation to the Proton, we can see that Randell Mills' Sub-Electron Level nearly equals the outer energy levels of the Proton.

The Bohr Equations must remain valid throughout the spectrum of charged particles with mass.

I think Mill's Theory is legitimate, because I believe Fractional Charges may exist along with non-discrete energy levels, even though physicists say it is impossible. Mills may be in the process of discovering the missing elements in Walter Russell's Periodic Table.

In the context of Dr. Aspden's Theory, Mills techniques for creating this sub-Hydrogen state may provide clues on how best to control Aspden's Quon Orbit Radius, which I believe is the ultimate seat of all energy.

Notes on Walter Russell
Many new rustless metals of greater density, malleability and conductivity await division in vast quantities from carbon and silicon.

These will be found when science discards its concept of matter as being substance, and becomes aware of the gyroscopic control of motion which will split the carbon tone into isotopes as a musical tone is split into sharps and flats.

In the chemical elements, the sharps and flats are isotopes.

WALTER RUSSELL'S PERIODIC TABLE

Consider Newman's Magnetic Gyroscopic Particles and Walter Russell's quote, "becomes aware of the gyroscopic control of motion."

It was circular thinking with the Bohr equations, but it did help me recognize that The Fine Structure is just a magnetic bubble formed in in the The Active Vaccum by the electron's orbit around the proton.

As I have come to understand the work of 19^th century physicists and Dr. Aspden's interpretation of their research data, electric charge and mass varied with a charged particle's speed through a surrounding electric field. Velocity is the main component in the equation for Kinetic Energy.

Using the Bohr Equations For Electron Orbital Velocity, you can rearrange them to show that changes in velocity also produce fractional numbers for charge.

It is an Electric Universe, and I believe that electricity is an asymmetry in time.

Electricity or vibration is that same energy, same power, ye call God. Not that God is an electric light or an electric machine, but that vibration that is creative is of that same energy as life itself.

The Electric Dipole Moment is a measure of the separation of positive and negative electrical charges within a system. It points from the Electron to the Proton. That is an important point when considering the separation of charge and the origin of time. Our dualistic universe begins here.

Positive-Negative, Good-Bad, Light-Dark, Creative Forces-Destructive Forces, Hot and Cold, this is the Yin and Yang of physical being. The creative forces and the destructive forces bring about the physical universe. Without exploding stars, there is no Periodic Table of Elements.

THE CASE FOR FRACTIONAL CHARGE

The keynote address was given by P.A.M. Dirac, and - appropriately - was entitled "Development of The Physcist's Conception of Nature".

Dirac called attention to the possibility of fractional charges, and unexpectedly presented some data from experiments done long before by Felix Ehrenhaft.

Years earlier Felix Ehrenhaft, former director of the Physical Institute of Vienna, had reported a number of experiments where - purportedly - he easily obtained fractional electrical charges.

The recognized math says that this is possible.

Current theory states that Fractional Charge and Free Quarks cannot exist outside the Proton and other Baryons. Mesons are a two Quark particle, where only Matter and Antimatter Quarks are paired together. I believe that Mesons are the true DNA of Time.

Variations in Quon speed guarantee that Dr. Harold Aspden's Positive Continuum of Fractional Charge must come in various discrete levels that follow the Laws of Charge Conservation.

I believe that this is the secret to Low Energy Nuclear Reactions.

Using the Laws of Charge Conservation, I have created a family tree of Fractional Charge that descends in thirds, 1/3, 1/9, 1/27, 1/81, etc. This continues to 9⁹ power.

I call these fractional charges, Quarkettes. All of them have a Fine Structure Constant in the Electromagnetic Frame.

I could only write a function to the third power, because any level larger than that crashed MathCad. The Fine Structure Constant's linear aspects play an important part in heat loss.

I have converted the Electron Energy Level Radii wavelengths into a frequency. They resemble the very familiar non-linear functions for Gravity and Electric Force as seen below.

The Compton Wavelength and The Fine Structure Constant define the spherical shell structure of the universe, as well the point charge.

I do not see any way around these two equations stating that the Gravitational Force and the Electrostatic Force are instantaneous. Where is the caveat that says that they are not?

Dr. Aspden's math uses The Compton Wavelength and Frequency as the Primal Master Clock of The Active Vacuum that locks every Virtual Electron in the universe into the same Angular Position.

This is the only way that all The Constants of Physics connect as seen in the equations below.

As I wrote in Part I, The Compton Wavelength and The Fine Structure Constant define the spherical shell structure of the universe, as well as the point charge. The point-charge is an Electron, and the Electron is either a Black Hole or everywhere in Time.

My suggestion is that it is Dr. Harold Aspden's Quon.

This is not pseudoscience, this is Mainstream Theoretical Physics. Since nobody has come up with any Grand Unified Theories, I suggest that the Wheeler-Feynman One Electron Universe Theory is still in play.

What both of these men were phone chatting about nearly 80-years ago was a holographic universe.

Consider this, what if Dr. Aspden's cubic lattice of Quon Particles, which are really a cubic lattice of two-dimensional Virtual Electrons, were an infinite structure throughout the universe.

This Primary Virtual Frame is only affected by the Electrostatic Forces generated by Virtual Electrons and Dr. Aspen's Positive Continuum of Fractional Charge, which takes place instantaneously throughout the Infinite Universe.

Regardless of how small these forces are, they are infinite and instantaneous.

Thus one of the great Science Fiction quotes of all time, "I felt a trembling in the force."

Everything in the universe is connected by Newton and Coulomb's equations.

According to Dr. Aspden's equations, gravity is simply Electrostatic Displacement of The Active Vacuum, this is why the equations for gravitational and electrostatic forces are so similar.

Here we see that the multiplication and division of The Compton Wavelength and The Fine Structure Constant, the two essential constants of physics, produces the electron's physical size and the size of the orbit in which the electron revolves around the proton. This is the hydrogen atom, the most abundant element in the universe.

I suspect that in this beautiful inverted symmetry lie the secrets of the universe.

As I mentioned, schools today teach that the planetary model of an Atom is passé, but the reality is that by using the math from this model you can calculate the correct magnetic field and energy levels for the electron, which is how you can build things that need electrons.

Many years ago, I used the Bohr Equations to calculate the size of the orbit radii for the Electron, Proton, and all Quarks, and I made this chart to an approximate scale.

BOHR ENERGY LEVELS OF PROTON - ELECTRON - ALL QUARKS

Readers should note the clear separation of the Electron and Proton Energy Orbits as well as at the extreme end, the two heaviest Quarks, the Top and Bottom Quarks also have separated Energy Orbits.

It is interesting that all the Quarks Levels in-between have Interlaced Energy Orbits.

PARTICLE VIRTUAL STATE TIMES AND DISTANCES

All particles have their Virtual Particle shadows that can only travel so far and live so long in The Active Vacuum. I put them on a scale of the longest-lived to the shortest.

What is interesting is that Dr. Aspden's Quon, which is really a Virtual Electron, has a nominal orbit that is exactly between the First Bohr Orbit in Hydrogen and what ostensibly would be the outer Energy Orbits of the Proton.

I say ostensibly, because the Quon's orbit is continually varying as each Quon Cell of the Vacuum Lattice participates in shuttling energy through the Lattice.

I suspect that by manipulating the orbits of the Virtual Electrons in Aspden's Quon Lattice, this is how Randell Mills creates his Hydrinos and this sub-Hydrogen state.

As I have shown, we can confirm the Octahedral Crystalline Structure that Galactic Filaments and Superclusters seem to form.

Linda Moulton Howe's sources suggested that energy seems to collect at the vertexes of The Dark Pyramid.

There are pyramids all over planet Earth. They are secret because most likely they are remnants of several ancient high-cultures that lived on Earth thousands to millions of years ago and who apparently used pyramids as a global energy network.

These civilizations were possibly destroyed by wars and/or natural disasters.

You have to chose your mythology and religion to make that determination. That is why I took five chapters in my 2013 book, Nostradamus and The Age of Desolation to examine various cultural theories and scriptural texts regarding The First Apocalypse.

The Bosnian pyramid complex is a pseudoarchaeological notion to explain the formation of a cluster of natural hills in the area of Visoko in central Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I have been to Coral Castle near Miami, Florida at least a half-dozen times in the last 40-years. Luckily, I was able to see it long before Hurricane Andrew destroyed all of the vegetation and when local people who worked there knew the folklore about its builder, Edward Leedskalnin.

Coral Castle is an oolite limestone structure created by the Latvian-American eccentric Edward Leedskalnin.

A few teenagers claimed to have witnessed his work, reporting that he had caused the blocks of coral to move like hydrogen balloons. The only advanced tool that Leedskalnin spoke of using was a "perpetual motion holder".

Many coils were constructed on bottles with different tapers as the core. I often wonder if he filled the bottle-cores with some fluid of his own concoction, as well as using the taper on the bottles to direct the angle of the Magnetic Field. Leedskalnin had built a magnificent well with descending stairs into the coral.

It all looks primitive now, but there is no denying hundreds of tons of coral block moved by one man.

If you read Edward Leedskalnin's writings, he states unequivocally that he could produce Magnetic Monopoles.

Now, finding a magnetic monopole - and the accompanying magnetic charge current - would be most satisfying to many theorists. That would make the equations of magnetics quite "balanced" with respect to electricity.

Coral Castle is a beautiful monument to a simple man who challenged conventional science. For the scientists who pass judgment on what they deem pseudoscience, it is their loss.

Leedskalnin addressed the critics of "his science" in an article sent to the Miami Herald.

Edward Leedskalnin needs no one's validation. Coral Castle and hundreds of tons of coral block moved by one man, often in one night, is his monument.

The rest of us are just tourists.

After one particular visit to Coral Castle, I began looking into the math of The Great Pyramid.

Edward Leedskalnin reportedly had told people that he had rediscovered how the Egyptians built the pyramids. The Great Pyramid is constructed of granite and limestone blocks, and at one time it was allegedly covered with limestone faces.

The Great Pyramid of Giza is the oldest and largest of the three ancient monuments in the Giza Plateau and is believed to have been constructed for the Pharaoh Khufu over a 20-year period, though his body has never been recovered. It is the only Seven Wonder of the World still largely intact and is estimated to weigh approximately six million tonnes, from the 2.3 million blocks of limestone and granite used, some weighing as much as 80 tonnes.

After one visit to Coral Castle, I began finding out all the information I could about The Great Pyramid and I put the numbers into a special MathCad worksheet.

Limestone, as well as coral, contain calcite crystalline structures, notably from fossilized biological organisms. I still feel this is a big hint at how the Egyptians and Edward Leedskalnin performed their architectural magic.

Organic structures may contain the proper mathematical ratios that nature provides for the transmission of energy through crystaline structures.

The numbers I used for The Great Pyramid's dimensions over 20-years ago are surely less accurate than those today, but it is ludicrous to believe that the ancient Egyptians did not even have a basic understanding of geometry or the wheel when The Great Pyramid was supposedly built. On the other hand, maybe they did not need the wheel.

Certainly, The Great Pyramid is as mysterious today as it ever was, even after many years of scientific analysis. Since we do not make electronic and mechanical devices that are based on Cubits or Megalithic Miles, ancient systems of measurement have to be converted to the International Standard of Units, and that is why I love Mathcad, because the worksheet that I created for The Great Pyramid can easily be converted into SI units.

Just as a radio receiver responds to certain radio stations and bands of the electromagnetic spectrum, the goal is to discover what wavelengths of The Active Vacuum these pyramidal structures control.

Limestone
Limestone is a carbonate sedimentary rock that is often composed of the skeletal fragments of marine organisms such as coral, foraminifera, and molluscs. Its major materials are the minerals calcite and aragonite, which are different crystal forms of calcium carbonate (CaCO³). A closely related rock is dolomite, which contains a high percentage of the mineral dolomite, CaMg(CO³)².

The original limestone faces of The Great Pyramid and the calcium carbonate in Coral Castle were made from organic components. Chirality is a form of unique polarization. Recently, scientists have discovered that photons from organic materials have a different chirality then photons from inorganic materials.

Organic chiral materials have brought attention due to their potential application in the area of spin-optics and optoelectronics. Compared with traditional achiral materials, the chirality generated orbital angular momentum (CGO) is one of the key properties for chiral materials. Here, organic nanocrystals with chirality are fabricated to study the effect of the CGO on the magneto-optic coupling.

Spin–Chiral-Perovskite Optoelectronics
Hybrid organic–inorganic perovskites (HOIPs) offer long carrier-diffusion lengths, high absorption coefficients, tunable band gaps and long spin lifetimes. The flexible crystal structure and ionic nature of HOIPs make it possible to allow tuning of their material properties through rational design, including the incorporation of chiral organic ligands.

This difference in photon spin in organic and inorganic materials is interesting, because as I mentioned, Dr. Aspden believed that photons did not really travel through space.

The Aspden Photon is an Energy Displacement of a 3 x 3 x 3 cube of 27 Quons transmitted through his Vacuum Quon Lattice. The center 3 Quons determine photon spin.

Buckminster Fuller's physics are based on the tetrahedron and A and B Quanta Modules.

Fuller believed that the nucleus of an atom was a Low Energy State that he called Vector Equilibrium.

Therefore, with this perspective of the universe as a crystaline structure, the wave-fronts from distant stars are really vibrating the Vacuum Lattice in the space of the observer.

Apparently, organic and inorganic materials affect the Vacuum Lattice differently.

This brings a whole other dimension to transhumanism. It is also interesting that UFO-lore consistently reports extraterrestrials extracting DNA samples from abduction victims.

Consider that the ability of organic and inorganic materials to affect The Active Vacuum differently presents unique opportunities to channel The Active Vacuum toward some purpose; that could mean anything from antigravity to invisibility.

THE DR. HAROLD ASPDEN MODEL OF THE UNIVERSE

THE MASTER OF TIME

I have called Nostradamus The Master of Time. However, I think that the true Master of Time was the late Dr. Harold Aspden.

Back in the 1990s, I was reading through Tom Bearden’s research, and whether this is his quote or someone else’s, I am not sure, but I will paraphrase it by saying that electricity, in the form of Negative and Positive, is really an asymmetry in time.

This is what John Wheeler and Richard Feynman were debating in the 1940s when they considered The One Electron Universe.

Between Positive and Negative charged poles, time and the entire universe exist. Short them together, Bang, you get a spark; the more charge, the bigger the spark.

Years later, I was reading some of Edgar Cayce’s metaphysical quotes. Two things that he said struck me as fundamental to metaphysics and physics. He describes The First Cause as God moving, which brought Chaos, the universe, and time into being. And he described electricity as the nature of time.

When I first read that, I was instantly reminded of what I had read in Tom Bearden’s work.

In 2005, when I started reading Dr. Harold Aspden’s research, he too wrote that he believed that electric charge was somehow related to time.

Dr. Aspden, Ph.D., FIEE, FIMechE, C.Eng, C.Phys is a British electrophysicist, inventor, engineer and chartered patent agent with over 4 decades of extensive theoretical and experimental research work in magnetism, electrodynamics, thermodynamics and nuclear physics. Dr. Aspden served as European Director of IBM's Patent Operations in Europe

Dr. Aspden's ideas about the Aether started to get traction when Cold Fusion research went public.

Cold Fusion
In 1989, two electrochemists, Martin Fleischmann and Stanley Pons, reported that their apparatus had produced anomalous heat ("excess heat") of a magnitude they asserted would defy explanation except in terms of nuclear processes. They further reported measuring small amounts of nuclear reaction byproducts, including neutrons and tritium. The small tabletop experiment involved electrolysis of heavy water on the surface of a palladium (Pd) electrode. The reported results received wide media attention[3] and raised hopes of a cheap and abundant source of energy.

Eugene Mallove
An American scientist, science writer, editor, and publisher of Infinite Energy magazine, and founder of the nonprofit organization New Energy Foundation. He was a proponent of cold fusion, and a supporter of its research and related exploratory alternative energy topics, several of which are sometimes characterised as "fringe science".

Mallove taught science journalism at MIT and Boston University and was chief science writer at MIT's news office, a position he left as part of a dispute with the school over cold fusion. Mallove resigned from MIT in 1991 because he said MIT was hiding cold fusion data, partly to protect funding for and reputation of traditional fusion research.

Gene Mallove began to publish Dr. Harold Aspden's theories, and interestingly enough, I have some of those copies of Infinite Energy magazine on my shelf with Dr. Aspden's articles. It took a decade for me to discover that I had read over his material, so subconsciously I seem to have been guided back to Dr. Aspden's work.

DR. ASPDEN IN INFINITE ENERGY

DR. ASPDEN'S ORIGINAL DRAWINGS

An analysis of Dr. Aspden’s research requires readers to put aside the wave perspective of modern physics and consider the universe as a billiard table of dynamic charged particles that ricochet and collide. The cue stick is the wave and the result is energy transfered to the single cue ball particle that then careens into other billard ball particles causing them to spread out across the billard table universe.

The catch is that nothing is moving except the Virtual Particles (Aspden's Quons) in their locked Lattice orbits. Virtual Quons speed up and slow down as energy is transferred through the Vacuum Lattice.

Short-lived particles are momentarily created out of The Continuum of Fractional Charge that flows through the Lattice; they then transfer their energy to another part of the Lattice in the interval of their Virtual Lifetimes. That transferred energy to another part of the Vacuum Lattice creates a similar particle after the original particle evaporates. Particles are therefore cascading dominoes.

However, as a side note, and far outside of Dr. Aspden's writings, I still feel that Albert Einstein's Hidden Variables rule the particle creation process.

Quantum ‘Spookiness’ Passes Toughest Test Yet
This idea galled Einstein because it seemed that this ghostly influence would be transmitted instantaneously between even vastly separated but entangled particles — implying that it could contravene the universal rule that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light. He proposed that quantum particles do have set properties before they are measured, called hidden variables. And even though those variables cannot be accessed, he suggested that they pre-program entangled particles to behave in correlated ways.

If electrostatic forces are transmitted instantaneously through Aspden's Quon Lattice that would explain the "Spookiness". Newton and Coulomb's equations supply the mechanism for instantaneous communication.

The Hidden Order is Aspden's Quon Lattice with every Quon in the universe locked at the same phase angle and orbiting a Virtual Graviton that changes in size as energy moves through each cell of The Aspden Lattice.

I suggest that The Continuum of Fractional Charge that forms each Virtual Graviton is fractured time and all its probablities. This is why the equations for the electrostatic and gravitational forces are instantaneous and infinite.

Every probability depends on the energy from the tree on which it springs. Some decisions grow to be big branches on a tree; some decisions never grow far on the tree.

Time is an electric current, and I suspect that probabilities are ruled by some form of Dielectric Constant set by the Universe's Master Engineer.

Species survival and Rupert Sheldrake's Morphic Fields may decide where the dominoes fall.

A storm of small lightning bolts fire off in human brains to convince us that we have Free Will.

A lightning bolt will always seek ground. Bifurcation points only appear when the dielectric topography of the medium reaches an anomaly or weakness and the current branches. Free Will must contend with the nature of the medium. Some decisions never reach ground and are absorbed by The Medium.

This was the idea behind Dr. Harold Aspden's Space Domains. Dr. Aspden's field of expertise was in magnetic materials and how Magnetic Domains formed. He believed that a Magnetic Field was essentially frozen Aether. We unfreeze the locked-in energy to generate electricity.

Dr. Aspden believed that our Solar System may cross boundaries between Space Domains at various times and that this might be responsible for great extinction epochs.

Since everything is immediately connected, this is why I believe that there are energy police keeping balance in the universe.

Hydrogen fusion bombs are miniature supernovas, therefore, their use has larger consequences throughout the universal Aspden Quon Lattice. The Asteroid Belt may be what is left of a planet that misused technology.

Tom Van Flandern
Thomas C Van Flandern was an American astronomer and author specializing in celestial mechanics. Van Flandern had a career as a professional scientist, but was noted as an outspoken proponent of certain fringe views in astronomy, physics, and extra-terrestrial life.

In 1976, while Van Flandern was employed by the USNO, he began to promote the belief that major planets sometimes explode. Van Flandern also speculated that the origin of the human species may well have been on the planet Mars, which he believed was once a moon of a now-exploded "Planet V".

Van Flandern supported Georges-Louis Le Sage's theory of gravitation, according to which gravity is the result of a flux of invisible "ultra-mundane corpuscles" impinging on all objects from all directions at superluminal speeds. He gave public lectures in which he claimed that these particles could be used as a limitless source of free energy, and to provide superluminal propulsion for spacecraft.

As I show below, The Aspden Lattice is ruptured at nuclear fusion temperatures and hotter.

Dr. Aspden did not believe that stars operated on Hot Fusion Principles and thus a Hot Fusion Nuclear Reactor would never be possible because of the difficulty of control.

Clearly, Cold Fusion has now been accepted by the scientific community. Businesses all over the world are investing billions of dollars in developing experimental devices.

I want to remind readers not to confuse my views with Dr. Aspden's views. I am throwing many ingredients into one pot in the hopes of building a better battery. I believe Dr. Aspden's math and theories can lead the way.

Dr. Aspden worked with the tangible, he actually derived the three-main components of physical reality, Mass, Length, and Time, along with The Fine Structure Constant, The Gravitational Constant, and many other constants used in physics.

The real challenge of physics is to explain everything in terms of three such physical dimensions, M. L, T, that is mass, length and time being those adopted by tradition, but energy, space and time being those I believe that we should adopt in our ultimate quest to understand all that can become known about fundamental physics.

I even include here the representation of the polarity of an electric charge in terms of a time dimension because I see positive and negative polarity as in-phase and anti-phase states of a universal oscillation.

Virtual Particles spring in and out of existence from The Active Vacuum. It is the foundation of physical reality. Most scientists believe that the vacuum is random and has no order, Dr. Aspden believed that The Active Vacuum was a liquid crystal with a cubic structure and its very precise order defines physical space and time.

Dr. Aspden's Quon Lattice is the universal Reference Frame. Mathematically, his Quon is a Virtual Electron, a necessary component of our recognized Shared Reality.

Over the last fifteen-years, I have read much of Dr. Aspden's writings and created a special MathCad worksheet of his formulas that I have painstakingly transcribed with my limited math skills.

Since Dr. Aspen derived the mass of the Quon (Virtual Electron), we can use Boltzmann's Constant to determine the orbit radii of Aspden's Quons at different temperature levels.

THE ASPDEN QUON MASS

What I discovered was that for Dr. Aspden's Quon numbers to match the exact numbers of a modern Virtual Electron, that meant we are dealing with temperatures around 30-million degrees kelvin, and that is pretty hot.

Amazingly, I discovered that this is the temperature of the Hot Interstellar Medium around galaxies known as Galactic Coronas, which are just a little hotter than the Sun's Corona.

I want to emphasize that my calculations shrink the orbit of Aspden's Quon to The Planck Length. I have not found this anywhere in Dr. Aspden's writings. I took it to the extremes, from The Planck Length to The Big Bang.

Regardless, since Aspden did derive a mass for his Quon, the Quon's orbit radii must obey Boltzmann's Constant. As Aspden's drawings show, he saw the radii increasing and decreasing as energy moved through each Quon Lattice Cell.

What I discovered that was interesting is that if you plug in The Big Bang Temperature, Aspden's Quon Orbits would extend to over .4 meters per cell. Today, this would be over twelve orders of magnitude larger than the orbits surrounding Galactic Coronas and the Sun's Corona. So, is the universe cooling and contracting?

Interstellar Medium
In astronomy, the interstellar medium (ISM) is the matter and radiation that exists in the space between the star systems in a galaxy. This matter includes gas in ionic, atomic, and molecular form, as well as dust and cosmic rays. It fills interstellar space and blends smoothly into the surrounding intergalactic space. The energy that occupies the same volume, in the form of electromagnetic radiation, is the interstellar radiation field.

In all phases, the interstellar medium is extremely tenuous by terrestrial standards. In cool, dense regions of the ISM, matter is primarily in molecular form, and reaches number densities of 10⁶ molecules per cm³ (1 million molecules per cm³).

In hot, diffuse regions of the ISM, matter is primarily ionized, and the density may be as low as 10^-4 ions per cm³.

Compare this with a number density of roughly 10¹⁹ molecules per cm³ for air at sea level, and 10¹⁰ molecules per cm³ (10 billion molecules per cm³) for a laboratory high-vacuum chamber. By mass, 99% of the ISM is gas in any form, and 1% is dust.

Hot ionized medium (HIM): Coronal Gas: 10⁶-10⁷ kelvin.

Physicist Kristian Birkeland wrote: "It seems to be a natural consequence of our points of view to assume that the whole of space is filled with electrons and flying electric ions of all kinds. We have assumed that each stellar system in evolutions throws off electric corpuscles into space. It does not seem unreasonable therefore to think that the greater part of the material masses in the universe is found, not in the solar systems or nebulae, but in 'empty' space."

Galactic Corona
The terms galactic corona and gaseous corona have been used in the first decade of the 21st century to describe a hot, ionised, gaseous component in the galactic halo of the Milky Way. A similar body of very hot and tenuous gas in the halo of any spiral galaxy may also be described by these terms.

This coronal gas may be sustained by the galactic fountain, in which superbubbles of ionised gas from supernova remnants expand vertically through galactic chimneys into the halo. As the gas cools, it is pulled back into the galactic disc of the galaxy by gravitational forces.

What is interesting is how both Aspden and Fuller's Theories work together.

FULLER VECTOR EQUILIBRIUM INSIDE AN ASPDEN LATTICE CUBE

In my calculations for the Virtual Electron (Aspden Quon) Energy Orbit radii for various temperatures, The Aspden Quon Lattice does not distort until it reaches fusion temperatures and above.

My supposition that The Quon Orbit Radii can approach The Planck Length or be introduced to Big Bang Theory is just my exercising the extreme boundaries of Dr. Aspden's equations.

In no way should my conjecture or thought experiments be considered part of Dr. Aspden's theories.

The Battaner-Florido-Garcia-Ruiz Polyhedric Galactic Cluster Network seems to validate Dr. Aspden's equation for the Gravitational Constant. Dr. Aspden's Gravitational formula takes into account an octahedral crystal structure in the space-time metric.

I believe that Richard Hoagland's Interlaced Star-Tetrahedron also fits inside one of Aspden's Quon Lattice Cells.

Buckminster Fuller had his Photon, Harold Aspden had his Photon, and Richard Hoagland has his Photon. Who is to say which structure is right? Here is where trial and error and empirical data will prove a theory.

Back in the late 1980s and throughout the 1990s, I read many Free Energy theories posted on Keelynet.com. There you will find the complete written record of the infamous 19^th century inventor, John Worrell Keely.

A fraudulent American inventor from Philadelphia who claimed to have discovered a new motive power which was originally described as "vaporic" or "etheric" force, and later as an unnamed force based on "vibratory sympathy", by which he produced "interatomic ether" from water and air.

Despite numerous requests from the stockholders of the Keely Motor Company, which had been established to produce a practicable motor based on his work, he consistently refused to reveal to them the principles on which his motor operated, and also repeatedly refused demands to produce a marketable product by claiming that he needed to perform more experiments.

He secured substantial investments from many people, among whom was John Jacob Astor IV.

I have read through all of the material on John Keely's theories. I suspect that Nikola Tesla also believed in Keely's construction of the Aether. I have read many similar themes in both of their written records.

Keely's Positive and Negative particles each contained 3 smaller particles. The three particles in his positive particle match the Quark Structure of the Proton in modern physics.

The rhythmic relations in which force acts are everywhere, under all conditions, and at all times, the same. They are found experimentally to be universally expressible by the mathematical relations of thirds.

As no current or flow of force can be composed of one mode of vibration only, but must always be composed of three modes uniting in varying thirds, we have 1 x 2 x 3 = 6 as the total possible forms of sympathetic coincidence, or, to speak in ordinary terms, there can be six; and six only, possible forms of individualized being. Applying these fundamental laws to an explanation of the universe, as it is brought to human cognition, all manifestations of force may be treated as modes of vibrations. The essential differences give rise to three modes of vibration:

I. The Radiative:

II. The Focalizing:
Called also the Negative, the Negative Attractive, the Polarizing, and the Harmonic.

Therefore, as Keely surmised, long before he was able to prove it to his own satisfaction, hydrogen must, under the conditions of this law, be composed of three elements; and these three elements in turn must each have a triple formation, and go on indefinitely, until verged into the infinite inter-luminous.

Keely used three elements in all of his apparatuses, Gold, Silver, and Platinum. These three materials seem to have been used as Aetheric transducers that were connected to his motors.

I suspect that each element controls each of the three streams of Aetheric or Vacuum Particle flow. In the 21^st century, we know how important these three elements are to to the technological infrastructure.

THE UNIVERSAL TRINITY

APPLYING ARCHIMEDES TO THE QUARK MODEL

For a long time I have been considering the three Quark structure that make up all Protons and Baryons. There are also three levels of Leptons, so the Electron has some heavier brothers, the Muon and the Tau, with their three related Neutrinos.

Dr. Harold Aspden believed that two Muons, his Di-Muon, are involved in Proton creation. His Muon 1 and Muon 2 had slighly different masses, but formed a particle complex that could eventually evolve into a Proton.

Therefore, The Trinity is an active principle at work in the universe. Below, you will read some of the theories of the 19^th century inventor, John Worrell Keely. He was called a fraud, but I do not believe so, because in his writings he discusses modern charge structure.

The Proton was first observed in 1886; J. J. Thomson discovered the Electron in 1897; Nikola Tesla started his company in 1887. Keely's research spanned from 1872 until 1897. Was Keely that far ahead of the most distinguished men in science?

The Electron, a Negative Charge, does not contain Quarks. The Proton does, and Keely's description of two small positive charges and one negative charge inside a larger Positive Charge perfectly match the model of the Proton Quark structure.

Keely's theory also stated that his Negative Particle contained three 1/3 Negative Charges. He believed that there were six-levels to the Aether, and two Intermediate Levels.

When I read this back in the 1990s, I was reminded of what Tom Bearden had written about Fractional Charges. I worked out the Quarkette structure for nine-levels of Fractional Charge in The Active Vacuum. I will explain why I chose nine below.

In the Wheeler-Feynman One Electron Universe Model of the universe, Feynman wondered where all the Positrons were. Wheeler suggested that they were inside the Proton.

Since the universe is mainly constructed from spherical objects, I have been looking for a fractal model that takes into account this idea of nested energy spheres that also follows the verified laws of modern physics.

Since Keely's Model of Positive Charge matched the Quark Structure of the Proton perfectly, two fractional positive charges with one fractional negative charge; I began wondering if his Negative Charge with its three fractional negative charges was an Electron.

To date, the Electron and all Leptons have been found to contain no Quarks.

I have noticed, however, that physicists' at CERN have a special interest in creating particles that contain three Strange Quarks, which have a fractional 1/3 of the negative charge that the Electron contains. These are known as Strange Particles.

Strangeness
Strangeness (S) is introduced to refine the understanding of the quark structure of matter.

Looking for the perfect Fractal Model, I began examining some very ancient geometrical principles involving nested spheres. One Greek model fits perfectly.

ARCHIMEDE'S ARBELOS
In geometry, an arbelos is a plane region bounded by three semicircles with three apexes such that each corner of each semicircle is shared with one of the others (connected), all on the same side of a straight line (the baseline) that contains their diameters

Here are some interesting aspects of spherically nested energy shells when you analyze the problem using ancient Greek geometry.

I found the perfect fractal model where there is no inside or outside, and where every dimension is under the Inverse-Square Law, the cornerstone of the gravitational and electric forces.

I applied Archimedes's model to the concept of 3 in 1, which also represents The Trinity

Taking three equal spheres, when you enclose two of those spheres with another sphere, and then enclose all four spheres by another surrounding sphere, the height of the line dividing the two enclosed speheres from the third that is perpendicular with the diameter of all the nested spheres is the square root of two.

Note that the diverging lines within all the spheres, ad infinitum macroscopically and microscopically, are parallel. I suspect that these represent Nikola Tesla's Radial Longitudinal Electric Lines of Force.

I suspect that this is also Tom Bearden's Heaviside Dark Energy (NonDiverged). It is Non-Diverging between all Reference Frames.

The diverging lines also connect to the Inverse-Square Law; at least the math is there.

Inverse-Square Law
In science, an inverse-square law is any scientific law stating that a specified physical quantity is inversely proportional to the square of the distance from the source of that physical quantity. The fundamental cause for this can be understood as geometric dilution corresponding to point-source radiation into three-dimensional space.

Both Gravity and the Electric Force are subject to the Inverse-Square Law.

Consider that the Inverse Square-Law makes all images kind of fuzzy as the distance increases from the camera. However there exists a self-correcting algorithm that allows the picture taker to have a resolution down to the atomic level.

Technically, the theory should apply to information loss in communications and power losses in energy production.

This is the principle behind a Bessel Beam Device. It will capture the perfect image, in theory, down to the Quark Level, because there is no information loss due to the Inverse Square-Law.

Bessel Beam
A true Bessel beam is non-diffractive. This means that as it propagates, it does not diffract and spread out; this is in contrast to the usual behavior of light (or sound), which spreads out after being focused down to a small spot. Bessel beams are also self-healing, meaning that the beam can be partially obstructed at one point, but will re-form at a point further down the beam axis.

I first read of the Fogal Transistor on Tom Bearden's website. The Fogal Transistor uses Negative Feedback in a transistor circuit through an emitter capacitor, ostensibly for self-correcting information that feeds back into the input to correct the distortions to the input signal, whether audio or visual.

Every process in the universe depends on Negative-Feedback, especially in biological systems.

Fogal's Charge-Barrier Semiconductor
Fogal's patented semiconductor can be rigged as a true negative resistor also, because it can perform asymmetrical self-regauging, and isolate its source dipole from much of the back emf current flow. It uses time-reversal to accomplish flow of current against the voltage...

Capacitors and charge gathering and measuring devices are the key to understanding the mechanics behind The Primary Reference Frame, which is Charge Based.

The Fogal Transistor is an exciting concept. In theory, when I aim my 3.5 inch refracting telescope at Mars and feed the visual signal from a CMOS chip into a Fogal Transistor circuit, I should have a view equal to a Rover actually on Mars.

This is why I point to Dr. Harold Aspden's Theories and most importantly to Michael Faraday's theory of Displacement Currents. Something must be going on between the plates of a capacitor if no current is flowing.

As Coulomb and Newton's equations indicate, both the Electric and Gravitational Forces appear to be instantaneous and infinite.

Readers should also note that for all Sine Waves, the effective value of the wave is the Root Mean Square value of the peak amplitude. That is the Square Root of Two, divided by two.

Only when you introduce the Magnetic Field, does everything slow down to the Speed of Light.

So, I went out looking for the spherical universe, but it is not a universe of just spheres of stars, planets, and atoms. It is a universe of dendrite-type structures that grow by aggregation. It is there in growing trees, plants, human embryos, and all embryos, as well as all galactic structures.

The universe overall may be spherical, but galaxy clusters show a clear pattern of dendrite expansion along the vertices of octahedral structures as indicated by E. Battaner, E. Florido, and J. M. Garcia-Ruiz's study of supergalactic structure.

The Borge Nodland and John Ralston Polarization Axis, from the Constellation Sextans toward the Constellation Aquila, which is coincidentally in the neighborhood of the local universe's Dipole Repeller, shows that the physical universe is a growing crystal, assembling by Fractal Aggregation, and seems to be rotating.

Borge Nodland and John Ralston's work could validate Dr. Aspden's theory of a universal Virtual Particle Lattice, and I believe give a direction to Time's Arrow.

Many large galactic structures run parallel to The Nodland and Ralston Polarization Axis.

The Great Hercules Wall may stretch 10.9 billion light-years. It is also the location of the majority of Gamma Ray Bursts, the most energetic events that the universe can produce, short of The Big Bang.

The linear galactic structures in the universe are even evident in easy-to-use software like Stellarium and Open Space. It certainly gives evidence to Dr. Harold Aspden's Space Domains.

Stellarium and Open Space allow users to enable and disable various Galactic Catalogues. When I disabled the Principal Galaxies Catalogue in Stellarium, I noticed that there was a disinctive line formed by Galactic Clusters and Superclusters (Light Blue).

Principal Galaxies Catalogue
The Catalogue of Principal Galaxies (PGC) is an astronomical catalog published in 1989 that lists B1950 and J2000 equatorial coordinates and cross-identifications for 73,197 galaxies. It is based on the Lyon-Meudon Extragalactic Database (LEDA), which was originally started in 1983

Abell Catalogue
The Abell catalog of rich clusters of galaxies is an all-sky catalog of 4,073 rich galaxy clusters of nominal redshift z = 0.2.

Too much data hides this imbalance in the structure of galactic clusters. Obviously, there are an overwhelming number of individual galaxies in red compared to galactic clusters in light-blue.

As I was toggling through and filtering various Galactic Catalogues, I noticed this distinctive formation of all Galactic Clusters.

Only Galactic Clusters in the Abell Catologue are turned on; notice the imbalance.

Here, I have only set two Markers. Marker One is the Milky Way Center. Marker Two is the location of the Cosmic Microwave Background Cold Spot. Notice how it sits nearly on the dividing line of Galactic Cluster formation.

It is easy to see that the majority of Galactic Clusters appear in the Southern Plane of the Milky Way.

What is equally interesting is that a majority of the universe's oldest objects appears in the Northern Plane of the Milky Way.

We are looking into one of the large Cosmic Voids. Notice how there are very few Galactic Clusters.

When we add the number of individual galaxies we see the Voids fill in, but only as a matter of perspective. Readers should note that this particular area of the universe has very few galaxies that have formed into clusters.

Here, I have superimposed The Arrow of Time. With the oldest structures in the universe found in the Constellation of Sextan's, we can see that a sprinkling of Galactic Clusters formed in the Northern Plane of the Milky Way, and that a cone expanded into the Southern Plane of the Milky Way.

If Dr. Aspden's universal Quon Lattice does exist, its Angular Momentum will point in one direction. Apparently, from the Constellation of Sextans, with its oldest stellar objects, to the Aquila Void, which is one part in four of the The Local Cosmic Void.

This universal imbalance is evident to the outer edges of the known universe.

The imbalance clearly appears on the side of the universe relative to the Milky Way where there are a great many Cosmic Voids. In Part I, I mapped the known Cosmic Voids in Stellarium and Open Space.

Aspden's Cubic and Octahedral structures are implicit in his equation for the Gravitational Constant. He believed that Gravitons formed from the flowing Positive Continuum of Fractional Charge.

The universe does appear to have an axis, and if it is rotating that means it has Angular Momentum.

If Dr. Harold Aspden is correct, and the universe does contain a cubic lattice grid of virtual electrons and virtual gravitons, then this may be the universe's missing mass.

GALAXIES MAY FORM OUT OF THE ASPDEN VACUUM LATTICE

Dr. Aspden's Nominal Quon Orbit produces a temperature that is seen in the Sun's Corona and all Galactic Corona's, obviously this is not coincidental. At such temperatures, Galactic Corona's should have an Electrical Dipole Moment and a Magnetic Dipole Moment because these are the temperatures of an electrical plasma.

The Borge Nodland and John Ralston Polarization Axis seems to indicate that statistically a number of galaxies within this cone pointing from the Constellation Sextans to the Constellation Aquila show a certain polarization and rotation.

And By The Way, 23-years later, The Borge Nodland and John Ralston Polarization Axis seems to be pointing to the Aquila Void and The Dipole Repeller.

I suggest an experiment adding Dr. Harold Aspden's Virtual Electron-Graviton Lattice into the volume of space around a galaxy. I suspect that the Galactic Voids contribute to the gravitational field around galaxies. The Aspden Quon Lattice, everywhere in space, may be the missing mass.

The Milky Way Galaxy has traveled out of the Aquila Void. It seems that Galactic Flow begins in The Voids, like streams at the top of a mountain that feed rivers below.

What I found interesting was Open Space's ability to add in four Multi-Universe scenario's. I chose Multiverse Scenario Number 3. This Multi-Universe scenario is the merging of two Multiverses. Interestingly enough, the scenario uses the area of The Dipole Repeller and Cosmic Voids to merge Multi-Universes.

Perhaps the object known as The Cosmic Microwave Background Cold Spot was a Tangential Collision of Our Universe with a Probable Universe or a Parallel Universe. This is what set Our Universe to spinning, and it may have also been responsible for The Big Bang.

Signs of a Multiverse?
Scientists May Have Found Evidence We Bumped Into a Parallel Universe
In 2015, they came close to figuring it out as a study showed it to be a "supervoid" in which the density of galaxies is much lower than it is in the rest of the universe.

There are two main possibilities. One is that it could be caused by a supervoid that the light has travelled through. But it could also be a genuine cold region from the early universe.

But the researchers concluded that there simply isn't a large enough void of galaxies to explain the cold spot – there was nothing too special about the galaxy distribution in front of the cold spot compared to elsewhere.

So if the cold spot is not caused by a supervoid, it must be that there was a genuinely large cold region that the CMB light came from. But what could that be? One of the more exotic explanations is that there was a collision between universes in a very early phase.

The Voids just may be interference zones from the merging Multiverse. I suspect that they are somehow related to time and the future. Negative Feedback is an essential function of all life processes. The Cosmic Creation processes must also have some form of Negative Feedback.

If Dr. Aspden's Virtiual Quon Lattice exists and it is infinite, then any number of Multiverses could merge with our universe. Also keep in mind that the Electrostatic and Gravitational Forces are instantaneous and infinite. Both Newton and Coulomb discovered Faster-Than-Light forces a few centuries ago.
