GOING BY THE NUMBERS

I know that many readers come to this website looking for another reliable signpost on the road leading away from the disaster that is approaching. I feel that most people are intuitively aware of this oncoming wreck, except politicians and the mass media, or so you would think from their public statements.

Many readers that come to this website are aware that George Ure at UrbanSurvival.com has reported a precipitous drop off of Internet chatter between 2011 until after 2014 based on Cliff High's Predictive Linguistics. It is possible to believe that any number of circumstances could apply, from the Internet going down through government edicts or sabotage, to the loss of the electrical grid through economic or oil issues. But unfortunately, Cliff at Halfpasthuman.com sees this happening across the global stage.

As you can read in my January 2010 Update, I have interpreted a Nostradamus prediction that sees World War III as beginning sometime in 2011, approximately ten years after September 11, 2001.

This is interesting in the light of Cliff's statistics because if World War III begins in 2011, then it appears that within three and a half years, there may be some return to the modern age with the return of Internet activity. Hopefully, that usage is outside of military applications; though, by that time anyone who remains alive will probably be in some form of conscripted military service, be it to a country, a state, a county, a town, or a clan or tribe.

The three and a half year time period shown on George and Cliff's chart also reflects the time period that most Christian eschatological scholars apply to the period described in the book of Revelation as the three and a half bad years of the seven year Tribulation.

In December's Update, I showed readers how I apply Nostradamus' system of dating of events. As Chaos Theory offers, hurricanes can begin with the beat of a butterfly's wings on the other side of the world. I believe that Nostradamus dated events from the first beat of those wings until the last breeze fades from the storm that rises.

The beginning of World War II happened at different points in time for different people. Do we claim that it began with Hitler's Munich Beer Hall Putsch, or when the Nazis moved into Austria, the Sudetenland, Poland; perhaps it began for one family with the first murder of a loved one by a brown shirt thug?

As you can read from my interpretation of the Timeline in the Epistle to Henri, Nostradamus equated the beginning and end of the Nazi Empire with a specific latitude; the same one on which Munich and Stalingrad reside. The Munich Beer Hall Putsch began the rise of the Nazis Empire; the defeat at Stalingrad began the end of the Nazi Empire. Is Nostradamus using poetic license, a mathematical code; is he divulging some secret alchemical process between time and geography? Who can say? In the end all we readers are left with is supposition and coincidence.

I can tell readers one thing that I have discovered, Nostradamus seems to date events when some type of recognized legal transaction has taken place, such as the Edict of Nantes and the Roman Edict of Christian Toleration issued by Galerius in 311 CE, both of which I mention in Chapter Six.

In my example above, after Hitler's Munich Beer Hall Putsch he was arrested and imprisoned, going on to write Mein Kempf. At Stalingrad, German Field Marshal Paulus formally surrendered.

I understand the critical comparisons of my interpretations to the popular Christian scriptural interpretations of the Tribulation. I think Christian eschatological commentators tend to be divided into two camps, those who are open to the symbolic interpretation of scripture and those who are dogmatic adherents not to scripture, but to one specific commentator's interpretation of scripture.

The full breadth of World War III may indeed last from 2011 until 2038 as I mentioned in my January 2010 Update, for as you will soon read on this website, Nostradamus wrote that the last battle would be fought in Azerbaijan in 2038. But as you will also read when I outline the war, one section of Nostradamus' timescale does agree with the modern Christian eschatological interpretation of the three and a half year period.

Nostradamus writes that the tide of World War III will turn after three and a half years, when the Chinese and Islamic armies will be chased out of Europe, Russia, and the United States.

As I was preparing this update, I realized that I must put large sections of the book online so I can reference it with greater ease when I write these updates. There have been several news stories surfacing that I wanted to comment on, however, that required dumping large portions of three book chapters into one update. In order to give credibility to my speculation, I have to reference historical events that have already happened and that were correctly predicted by Nostradamus.

The old boy has scored some big, unrecognized hits that the successful Nostradamus professionals have missed entirely. They are plain enough. There is no magic to reading his Quatrains and then comparing them to history. You just have to know your history, the REAL history. The truth is categorically tin foil hat stuff, but MKULTRA and Operation Northwoods were real, so I am still not sure how critics get away the epithet. That is why I provide the links to more information on those subjects on the Home Page.

Chapters Six is essential to understanding how I have discovered how to date the predictions made in the Epistle to Henri , the Quatrains, and the Sixains. Chapter Six must be read in conjunction with The Timeline of Nostradamus; it was once the frontend of that Chapter. The complete Epistle to Henri first appears in the Prologue without any interpretation; those pages contain some little regarded facts about Nostradamus and the Cathars of France, the last Gnostic survivors in Europe.

Some of you might know, that out of those legends Dan Brown has made a great deal of money by fictionalizing the myth of the Prior of Sion in his book, The Da Vinci Code. Michael Baigent, Richard Leigh, and Henry Lincoln did all the legwork in their book, Holy Blood, Holy Grail, but they lost their lawsuit with Brown because you really cannot co-opt a myth.

As I have said in the Introduction to my book, the Timeline in the Epistle to Henri is the framework on which all of Nostradamus' prophecies hang. So, I have completely transferred all thirty-six pages of Chapter Six into one long web page and updated it at the same time. Hopefully, you will find it seamless, because it was last edited in 2006. I will probably continue to edit it when I catch typos or other mistakes. I am still trying to sell this book.

Publishers out there, pay attention! This is how I see the book. I am tweaking the browser differences, but what is up there now should work for most browsers. I noticed a difference between laptop versions of IE8 and desktop versions, so I am working on that without getting lost in the technical stuff with over six hundred pages of manuscript waiting.

I have wanted this book to be very visual from the start, and I know artwork, photographs and color are a tough sell. It was intended that this book was going to be the large and colorful coffee table Book of Doom.

I have also had a certain design in mind for those particular web pages dedicated to the book. I hope people enjoy the quick historical fact check in the left hand column.

The dynamic platform of web pages makes my job easier when I want to back up what I say with facts; Hyperlinks and embedded video are infinitely superior to footnotes. Some of you might have your issues with Wikipedia, tough. It is a great resource when you stay away from current politics and personalities. Since I have the complete Encyclopedia Britannica sitting next to my desk as well as all eleven volumes of Will and Ariel Durant's The Story of Civilization, anything on Wikipedia I find questionable, I would not link to the book as a footnote.

Once this website's readers understand the metaphors, then you will understand how exactingly precise Nostradamus prophecies were written.


SCRIPTURE, SIGNS FROM GOD, OLD PROPHETS AND ROW BOATS

I do not believe that the moral precepts set out in the Old and New Testaments can be corrupted by an open mind that must take into consideration the modern world. This is how I weigh and consider the inconsistencies and contradictions found in these texts. You can find politics at every level of history.

As I have expressed on the Home page of this website, I am not so rigid in my spiritual beliefs to accept that there is not a common area shared by physics and religion. How each of us can incorporate this into our personal lives is the issue of our time. It seems that humans must strive to achieve an awareness of universal structures that transcend space and time, night and day, our waking selves and our sleeping selves, and the living and the dead.

You can read in the first five chapters of my book, that I believe that human beings are a bio-engineered species who are coming toward their first big evolutionary hurdle, being a true sentient species by achieving sensory awareness of both the physical and nonphysical universe. There are many historical texts in all religions that claim that there are forces at work in the universe seeking to keep humanity chained in the darkness.

When a multitude of human beings had come into existence, through the parentage of Adam who had been fashioned out of matter, and when the world had become full, the rulers were master over it - that is, they kept it restrained by ignorance.


Right now, belief in the hereafter also resides in the never-never land of supposition. Despite seven thousand years of priests and scripture, death is more ineffable than flying saucers and UFOs.

Glimpses of the future in a dream or hunch allow human consciousness to grasp the most intangible of all things in the universe, a future moment in time. Whether you recognize it or not within yourselves, every human being has the ability to see into the future, some people happen to be a little better at it than others.

This simple recognition inspires me to listen to the stories and myths of all cultures without making any kind of judgment. Diversity is critical in biology and it is also critical to civilization. Diversity allows you to rewire the system around a failing component, while centralization and uniformity leave a system open to complete failure from one common weakness.

Feedback loops are a necessary component of all biological systems. People have operated on hunches, dreams, and feelings that have on some occasions saved their lives. The global and historical mosaic of human intuitive awareness has been revered in literature, art, and architecture by just about every religion on Earth, especially after a gifted prophet produces spectacular results, like saving a clan or tribe from extinction from a natural disaster or war.

Now this partially recognized and revered ethereal awareness of future events has not been officially sanctioned by science, but it is tangible enough that some people have discovered how to interface this awareness with physical systems.

The Global Consciousness Project has decades of data indicating that human prescience can influence physical systems and instrumentation. Since the advent of the Internet, we can also see this individual power of prognostication through Predictive Linguistics, which harvests data from everyday Internet chatter, where in secret code, we all share our dreams of the future.

This area of speculation delves into Morophogenetic Fields and Mass Consciousness, which are highly speculative for people who come to this website looking for my spin on the way I see the future.

As you have read on this website, Nostradamus is my primary source for "time tripping". His historical reputation is beyond question, but his accuracy is still very much questionable and open to interpretation. Unfortunately, this will always be the case.

Both he and Edgar Cayce have left to history predictions that are easily recognizable to modern civilization; though for the most part, they were not to their contemporaries. Their work was specifically for you and me, and the other six point six billion of us who are on a ship that is getting ready to rollover.

As important as many religious prophecies are coming from the Vedic, the Judaic, and the Christian traditions, there are three thousand years of commentaries that make it hard see anything that is recognizable beyond a jumble of allegories. There is a lot more noise in the signal that needs to be filtered, and to some people that is seen as sacrilegious.

I regard most religious prophecy as a tool like the Hubble Telescope that looks deeply back into time trying to assemble the overall Big Picture. As I will make clear to you in this Update, both Nostradamus and Edgar Cayce associate that Big Picture with events ongoing here on Earth. In that sense, the consistency of themes between their work and ancient texts allows me to use their predictions like I would use a microscope to explore the microcosm that is a small piece of that Big Picture.

Since Nostradamus and Edgar Cayce were both involved in helping their fellow human beings to heal and get well, it is difficult for me to associate their motivations with anything evil, occult, or satanic. They were essentially modern-day shamans trying to guide the human tribe to safety.

Nostradamus and Edgar Cayce present us with a coherent signal and a theme that follows through all of their prophecies. In Nostradamus' case, the details of his predictions are so exact that I now accept as a given that they are most likely all true, but we commentators do not have the capacity to understand them all.

The reasons are simple, the breadth of history and the secret affairs of governments and militaries that are only discovered in archives decades after world events.


Prophecy For The Historians of The Future

Nostradamus was writing for the historians, because he gives very fine details, like the famous nicknames of secret agents, that only those in power would know or that only historians would know after having gained access to the information once it was released to the public record.



CIA agent, Ted Shackley was there for it all, the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Cuban Project, the Bay of Pigs, the Vietnam War's Phoenix Program, and the Iran-Contra Affair, probably much to Lyndon B. Johnson's regret.

Theodore Shackley was an American CIA officer involved in many important and controversial CIA operations during the 1960s and 1970s. He is widely regarded one of the most decorated CIA officers. He was commonly known as the "Blond Ghost" due to his dislike of being photographed.


In Chapter Eight I examine the deathbed confession of former CIA agent and Watergate Burglar, E. Howard Hunt. Hunt admitted to being one of the three tramps arrested minutes after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. He called himself a "benchwarmer" in case the primary assassination team failed. Hunt claimed that Lyndon Johnson and fellow CIA agent Cord Meyer were part of the conspiracy. As you will read, Cord Meyer was part of the famous Georgetown Set and also working with the Blond One and Cuban exile mercenaries in the waters off Miami, Florida during Operation Mongoose and the Cuban Project.

The details in Quatrain II-67 are incredible. It is a perfect fit to the historical events. Further ahead; you will also read about some of the coincidences regarding Nostradamus' numbering system in the Centuries. Quatrain numbers have matchups to historical dates.

One of the most pivotal years in history for the United States was 1967. CIA agent E. Howard Hunt's confession suggests that the Blond Ghost blackmailed fork-nosed Lyndon Johnson over the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Is that why LBJ decided not to run for re-election, he was "chased out. The Cuban exiles were restored and went on to be involved in the Watergate Break-in and the Iran-Contra Affair.

Who, of course, would have access to information like this before events unfolded or while they were occurring? Only people on the inside, with high-level security clearances, could possibly know. Quatrain II-67 is my example and argument that Nostradamus was writing to future historians.

Now I would not be too surprised if Western intelligence agencies carried a Nostradamus Specialist on staff every generation. During World War II both the Nazi and the British governments had their own Nostradamus experts. The downside is that historically the relationship between kings, prophets, and the interpreters of prophets has never been good or healthy, starting with Cassandra and Troy. Prophecy has always been a hard sell. But some of you serving O5s and O6s I know, you have me for free.

I will try to get Chapters Seven, Eight, Nine, and Ten up on this website soon to bring readers up to the present time. That will complete Book One. It is essential reading. Chapter Seven as it is now, is made from the excerpts that I pasted together to put into the 2008 Website Introduction PDF. I should have had publishers knocking on my door for my interpretation of Quatrain I-42, which I repeat below.

As I have mentioned in The Timeline of Nostradamus and by example in my December 2009 Update, we are all prisoners of our own little niches in time. You cannot stand on one box and hope to see over the wall. You have to pile all the boxes on top of one and other to get a better view. Of course, as you can tell from my book and this website, I believe Nostradamus' reputation and place in history has yet to be matched in volume and accuracy; his body of work is the first box I choose to stand upon.

I labored to get Chapter Six up on the site, because hopefully it will help you see the fine details in Nostradamus' work. Not a word in his poems is filler; though the details and phrases seem to be structured by a compassionate man with a poet's sense of irony. Below, I have taken some excerpts from Chapter Six to help you understand. They are easy to see and well-known, if you want to call them coincidences, that is your prerogative.


WHY THERE ARE CODES IN PROPHECY

Please read my December Update for a closer look at why there must be codes and anagrams. My words, however, are insignificant, because those reasons have already been given.

Now in Nostradamus' Epistle to Henri you will notice that his Timeline focuses on three periods, and those are the ages of the three antichrists, Napoleon, Hitler, and the Third Antichrist that I have associated with the Antichrist in the book of Revelation.

I know some readers had difficulty with my interpretation of the Nostradamus' anagram SAMAROBRYN in the January Update.

But the process of decoding that anagram I explained in great detail; that is the way it has been done for nearly five hundred years. So, I will give you a couple of historical examples that in my mind leave no question as to my accuracy. But even today the following anagrams in these famous quatrains seem very easy to see, but they are still the subject of doubt and debate.

The First Antichrist

Nostradamus Quatrain VIII-1
PAU, NAY, OLORON will be more fire than blood.
To swim in praise, the great one flees to the confluence:
The magpies he refuses entry,
PAMPON, the Durance will keep them confined.

PAU, NAY, OLORON are all towns in southwestern France. But the 19th century commentator Torne-Chavigny first suggested that this is an anagram for a person's name. He assembled the letters to read NAPAULONROY, which translates as Napoleon King. PAMPON is another anagram still open to interpretation, though some commentators see it as a possible reference to England and Napoleon's antagonist, Wellington, but I believe Edgar Leoni's translation in Nostradamus and His Prophecies is perfect. He suggests that it is an apocope of the Greek word pamponeros, meaning all-depraved or most villanous.

The Second Antichrist

Beasts ferocious with hunger will swim across rivers:
The greater part of the army shall be against HISTER,
The great one will cause him to be dragged in an iron cage,
When the German child will observe nothing.

HISTER has been called an anagram for the Ister, also known as the Danube River. But it can also be an anagram for Hitler. Note the possible dual use of the word in its reference to Germany. The syntax suggests that it is the name of a person, yet it will forever remain indefinite and debatable. As clear as some of the names seen in the Quatrains appear to be, there will always be room for doubt. Doubt is dependent on our tolerance for coincidence.


The Advent of Modern Medicine

How about a quatrain that does not bother to disguise a name; have the skeptics an answer for the following prediction? Nostradamus appeared to be a Doctor with a true compassion for the victims of the plague as well as other people, including those of us living five centuries in the future. As a Doctor with prophetic powers would he not name the one man responsible for bringing modern medicine to the world, especially if that person was a Frenchman?

Pasteur shall be honored as a demigod:
Before the Moon finishes its full cycle,
By foul winds he shall be dishonored.

This very obviously applies to the French physician Dr. Louise Pasteur and his discovery of the hidden world of germs.There is an honorable mention in this quatrain to the critics that stymied his research.

I believe that Nostradamus' reference to the science of medicine "lost for so many centuries" implies that Nostradamus had knowledge of a highly evolved antediluvian civilization that at least understood the basic concepts of modern medicine.

This, of course, leads back to the main premise of my book and that is humanity's ongoing participation in the very ancient, War of the Gods.


PUTTING EVENTS IN CONTEXT

Everything needs to be framed by this larger picture. As many readers and fans of Predictive Linguistics know, lurking out there in model space is the subject of Alien Wars. This became the unintended subject of my book.

However, any examination of the plausibility of visiting extraterrestrials as well as extraterrestrial intervention in human history and politics must first get beyond the impenetrable wall of disinformation that has flooded the world's information repositories since Kenneth Arnold reported the first Unidentified Flying Objects back in 1947.

My research of the UFO phenomenon these last thirty-five years has not provided me with enough information to come to any conclusions except one. The military and intelligence services of the United States, who were originally charged by their elected leaders with investigating this phenomenon, have instead these last forty years deployed elements of their psychological warfare units against innocent and unsuspecting citizens of their own country.

That is documented on the Home Page of this website and is a subject that is covered in depth in Chapter Eight.

The book of Revelation and The Book of Enoch are the primary judeo-Christian texts covering the War in Heaven. However, if you do not include the mythology of other cultures into that mix, you will never be able to sort out the players, and that particularly means deciphering Apollyon, as I mention in the Introduction of my book.

In Chapters Seven and Eight, you will begin to understand how a few privileged human families have historically benefited from global warfare. The instrument through which they have manipulated world affairs has been the Pagan Sect and their loyal cadre of intelligence officers managing the West's military-industrial-intelligence complex.

For those members of the Pagan Sect within the United States, November 22, 1963 is their greatest weakness. This faction of the Pagan Sect has been trying to sell the world piety and patriotism for the last sixty years, but future historians will show them to be the most bloody and ruthless bunch of savages that the world has ever seen.

Perhaps their leadership roles in society and civilization presented them with unsolvable problems in social engineering. But in my opinion, based on the oldest creation myths of nearly every culture, man was created to serve and to be subservient to some greater power.

Kings and royal families were supposedly given a "divine right" from "heaven" to rule over their genetically inferior brethren, and very often in history, their brethren were seen as expendable.

All tyrants forget that "the road to hell is paved with good intentions".

In T. H. White's classic books "The Once and Future King" and "The Book of Merlin", Arthur, as a young boy and as an old king, is forced to learn the hard lessons of life about noble causes and using Might for Right.

The just war often meant a small number of rich knights riding into battle in expensive armor who were often barely injured, while an army of serfs, who could not even afford leather armor, were slaughtered and maimed by the thousands.

A modern feudal and caste system is the model that I believe the Powers That Be seek to rebuild, especially in the United States.

The mythical connection royalty has to God or gods needs to be reexamined if you translate the gods in mythology as extraterrestrials. Royalty and the caste system have been imposed upon humankind. As I wrote in Chapter One, the most important passage in the Old Testament for explaining the rules is Daniel 4:17.

THE AMERICAN ARISTOCRACY

Chapter Eight focuses on November 22, 1963 and the Georgetown Set; it was a social think tank where graceful and well-dressed predators of the American aristocracy plotted genocide and destruction over drinks. Its tentacles extend primarily from the Yale secret societies known as Skull and Bones and Scroll and Key.

This small generational cadre of "frat brothers" has been responsible for millions of deaths in the last four decades. Skull and Bones members are truly a Brotherhood of Death. That is quite a legacy to shoulder. Chapter Seven and Eight will give you the facts juxtaposed to what I consider the relevant Nostradamus quatrains. They point the way to the "Black King" and the American CIA Presidents that have supposedly been elected since George H. W. Bush's reign began in 1981, when he directed covert affairs as Ronald Reagan's Vice President.

During my research, I was shocked to learn that immediately after World War II, it was only a few people who were easily and drastically able to gain control and redirect the moral compass of western civilization.

This leads me to Richard C. Hoagland's startling completion of his analysis of the Norwegian Light Spiral.

The Secret Space Program!

Apart from being highly relevant to the "Norway situation" (see below), Joseph's unique historical research, serendipitously, now also sheds stunning new light on the real explanation for the long-reigning "UFO distraction" of our time--

Please read Part III of Richard Hoagland's analysis of the Norwegian Light Spiral. He is essentially saying that there is a fleet of interplanetary spaceships belonging to a "Secret Space Program" that was begun from the research the Nazis conducted during World War II.

After sixty years, Hoagland believes that this Secret Space Program has gone on to colonize parts of the Solar System. They are now challenging the world's leading powers by using weather weapons to blackmail countries with destruction much like Ian Flemming's evil organization SPECTRE.

Now that is quite a shocking statement.


THE WEATHER WARS HAVE BEGUN

Look at the news. I have also concluded that the weather wars have begun. And I see the same culprit, but in a much different context, albeit mainly based on the words of Nostradamus. Unfortunately, Roswell certainly does apply, and it was by no means a fictitious ruse by conspiring repatriated Nazis. I believe it was a choice presented to the leaders of the United States.

I live on the west coast of Florida; I took the pictures below the day after the earthquake in Haiti. I caught one of the airplanes laying down one leg of a chemtrail grid as I was going out for a run.

My first thought was, "shields up, incoming!" The weather since the Norway Light Spiral has certainly been record setting.






I certainly hear some of Tom Bearden's work in Hoagland's suppositions. If you are unacquainted with scalar weapons technology, then in my opinion, Tom Bearden is the expert to study.

As I have mentioned, this technology has the means to manipulate the foundational energies of life and reality, so these weapons can create storms, earthquakes, perhaps even viruses, and anything else the imaginative inventor with a lot of money and resources can dream up.

NAZIS AND ALIENS

Admittedly, I have not read the research of Dr. Joseph Farrell, whom Richard Hoagland cites in his article. I certainly intend to, but preliminarily I would suggest that we take a closer look at the powers and factions at work, and most importantly seven thousand years of history.

First and foremost regarding the Norway Light Spiral, it was mainly the countries within the Group of Eight nations that were operating all the heavy equipment, from the HAARP and EISCAT ionospheric heaters to the submarine launched Bulava missile.

For a long time we have heard the stories of Nazis fleeing to South American and building secret bases in the Amazon Jungle and Antarctica.

I would accept that hypothesis if you include that it was done under the auspice of Americans sympathetic to the Nazis cause. These individuals were mainly the rich industrialists and bankers who financed Hitler, and then sent their Yale and Harvard educated children off to fight World War II.

When the Nazis surrendered, the rich kids were no longer kids and they held major positions in the military and intelligence services. As the Cold War went into high gear, they were given great reign over world affairs. The rich kids were in the right place at the right time when the reputed crash of an extraterrestrial spacecraft occurred at Roswell in July 1947.

There are two interesting quotes that support Hoagland's Nazi Star Fleet.

The first is found in a September 7, 1948 document from William Douglas Pawley, a businessman and diplomat who circulated with figures in the intelligence community that are found later in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. After a trip to South America, he wrote that Spruille Braden, the Ambassador to Argentina, was attempting to expose "non-existent and imaginary Nazis in Latin America" as a cover for his communist sympathies.

William Pawley was shot to death in 1977 just as the House Select Committee on Assassinations was looking into the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King.

The second supporting quote comes from Ben Rich, the famous engineer from Lockheed's Skunk Works.

THE POGO MAXIM


Walt Kelly's famous 1971 Earth Day Pogo comic strip accurately stated the problem.

Remember the late Walt Kelly's famous Pogo quote: "We have met the enemy and he is us." I am still not sure who was sending the message and to whom, but let us take a look at some simple details behind the Norway Light Spiral and the current relationship between the United States and Russia.

First, elements within NATO and the West certainly created the Light Spiral because the equipment that could do it was nearby, as the EISCAT power log that Hoagland presents bears witness to.

Access to the HAARP and EISCAT transmitters must be tightly controlled at the highest levels of the military and government; perhaps some elements of these facilities even bypass all government channels. It is hard to say, but clearly all parts of the system and the Russian Bulava missile are weapons in the arsenals of the East and West that are kept under the highest levels of security at all times.

Is the EISCAT power log indicative of a defensive power surge from an incoming attack from space? Perhaps, but look at the text from President Obama's bellicose speech. It was written long before Obama stepped off the plane in Norway, so the light show seems to have been in conjunction with his just war speech.

In the strictest use of logic, President Obama, representing the banking interests of the Western hemisphere, was probably sending a message to Russia, especially if it involved the large floating tetrahedron over Moscow.

Secondly, that apparition recorded for display on Youtube is questionable in the sense that no Russian aircraft were sent up to intercept it, and that its appearance did not create widespread interest from hundreds of passersby. I accept Hoagland's contention that it could have been a camouflaged craft or a hologram that was filmed with special equipment to send a message in conjunction with shooting down the Russian submarine launched missile.

When you include into the mix President Obama's bellicose Nobel acceptance speech, the only side of the equation that comes up short tactically is Russia.

It is too hard for me to wend my way through all the supposition that so many conspiracy theories offer. So, with this in mind let us again consider this sequence of Nostradamus quatrains and some prophecies seen through the Hubble Telescope of Vedic, Judaic, and Christian scriptures.

So great a famine by a pestilent wave,
By rain extending the length of the Arctic Pole:

Clearly, current events match precisely these two Nostradamus' quatrains. Strange pulsating waves of light appeared approximately 125 miles over the skies of Norway only hours before President Obama would receive his Noble Peace Prize. Without any hocus pocus, you can clearly obtain OBAMA from SAMAROBRYN.

On Thursday, December 10, 2009, representatives from the four parts of the globe came to venerate President Obama's receipt of a Nobel Peace Prize that he certainly did not deserve. That fact alone is another key to unlocking the mystery of who is pulling the strings.

As can be seen from the latest weather news, since the appearance of the Norway Light Spiral, record freezes and snowfalls have occurred across the Northern Hemisphere.

Now I have associated this weather weapon to the enigmatic name Aquilon or Aquilonaire, which commentators for several centuries have applied to the Latin translation for a country or countries of the North or of the North wind.

Here is the quatrain that associates the weather weapon with Aquilon.

Wind [from] Aquilon will make the siege [or headquarters] go away,
Through the wall discarding cinders, lime, and dust:
Through rain afterwards, which will trap them well,
Final relief contrary to their limitrophe.

Siege can be siege or seat, as in headquarters. Frontiére can also be translated as limitrophe, which is significant because the exact definition means providing subsistence for frontier troops. And that is very appropriate, because this quatrain is part of a pair, and some of you have seen me refer to this next quatrain many times on this website.

Nostradamus IX-100
A Naval battle will subdue night,
Fire in the ships, to the West ruin:
A new rubric, the great ship colored,
Anger to the vanquished, and victory in a drizzle.

As you can read in the December 2008 Website Introduction, I believe this sinking of a Western fleet will occur in the Persian Gulf as the result of an attack on Iran. This will leave NATO's frontier troops without logistical support. Either the Wind from Aquilon will be used to lift the siege of the troops left in Afghanistan and Iraq, or the use of weather weapons will create vast amounts of rain that will leave them in a more precarious position.

The last line in Quatrain IX-99 suggests that the use of weather weapons will be a last resort and contrary to maintaining logistical support for frontline troops.

All of this will certainly lead to war with Russia, and then China. Now if you are a diligent reader of what I have written on this site, then you might ask this question, but I thought Aquilon was the alliance of the United States and Russia?

Nostradamus Epistle: Paragraph 38:1
And then the Lords, two in number of Aquilon [will be] victorious over the Orientals, and there will be so great a noise and bellicose tumult that all the Orient will tremble in terror of those two brothers of Aquilon who are not yet brothers.

In Paragraph 38 of the Epistle to Henri Aquilon is identified as Two Brothers. In Quatrain II-91 Aquilon is identified as countries bordering the Arctic Circle.

Quatrain II-91 invites a closer look at the way Nostradamus structured his prophecies. It is part of a triplet, three sequential prophecies that should be linked together just as the pair I cited above. Please read Chapter Six for a better understanding.


THE WORLD TRADE CENTER AND SCALAR ENERGY WEAPONS
I am glad that someone of note and prominence as Richard Hoagland has brought up the one strange fact about September 11, 2001 that I have always found very troubling. In various areas around Lower Manhattan, many cars showed signs of being scorched by something that only burned metal but not plastic or leather. These cars war far removed from the fire and destruction of all the World Trade Center buildings.

It does appear that the weapon was deployed from and old, clunky satellite system and not from a Nazi starship. The reason I say this is because the cars on FDR Drive were east of the World Trade Center, and it appears that the Earth may have rotated into the beam of such a weapon. This might be an indicator of the hysteresis or lag of the weapon system as it rose to the desired power level. That is not the type of equipment I would expect from a Type II extraterrestrial civilization or a Nazi Star Fleet colonizing the planets.

As I have noted on my Home Page, the Group of Eight Nations is Gog and Magog. And as religious myth goes, there is a certain antagonist here on Earth living in exile. Hoagland is certainly correct to suspect a Nazi Star Fleet, but humans just may be interning on these spacecraft.

September 11, 2001 happened under the watch of George W. Bush and Tony Blair. Nostradamus called them Dog and Dogam, as a reference to Gog and Magog.

In fact, George W. Bush's nickname in Skull and Bones was Magog.

It does not get any plainer than that.


THE GREAT CELESTIAL WAR

If you read the Introduction of my book and the 2008 Introduction to this website, I recount the questions I asked myself after a conversation about extraterrestrial life with Dr. Edgar Mitchell six years ago.

Dr. Mitchell speaks only from second hand knowledge, but he is convinced that the back-engineering of extraterrestrial technology has been ongoing since 1947, hence the warning that he gave in 1998 to Art Bell and millions of listeners on the radio show, Coast to Coast AM.

The primary question I had was best expressed in my 2008 Website Introduction:

Dr. Mitchell's belief in extraterrestrial visitation to Earth is not recent news, and Dr. Mitchell has emphatically said so, but apparently no one has been listening. Back in 1998, he courageously warned everybody about what was coming to the United States on Art Bell's former radio program, Coast to Coast.

"I think our representative democracy is in danger. …I think events are moving so fast, so very rapidly, that no one is really on top of it, and if we don't get people mobilized here to demand that we get to the bottom of these issues we're talking about today… we're not going to have an opportunity forever."

After the banquet that night in 2004, on the drive home, I began to ask myself questions about the nature of extraterrestrial contact, including the political dynamics. If humans were working with an extraterrestrial species developing new technologies, what forces threatened our representative democracy?

Dr. Mitchell's warning is nearly the very same warning that President Eisenhower gave in his farewell speech concerning the influence and power of the military-industrial complex.

EISENHOWER'S WARNING ABOUT THE POWER OF THE MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX




The best-selling book The Day After Roswell, by Philip J. Corso (Retired) recounts one man's experience in transferring extraterrestrial technology into the hands of private industry. Could this be what President Eisenhower was trying to warn the world about in his farewell address? I will save Colonel Corso's connections to the post World War II intelligence agencies in Italy for a future update, because it is all very important. It suggests how one small element within the Central Intelligence Agency gained control to extraterrestrial technology.



As a personal aside, I am familiar with Colonel Corso through very close second-hand sources. His belief in extraterrestrials was very real. He would talk to anybody about his experiences, including his meeting in 1957 with an actual short Gray extraterrestrial that he had met in Red Canyon in New Mexico. The extraterrestrial told Colonel Corso that, "It was a new world if you can take it."

I heard that story when Colonel Corso was still alive, so there is no doubt in my mind of its accuracy today, as recounted by his son.

Of course, Colonel Phillip Corso has passed on but fortunately his son has taken up the legacy. He’s taken up the cause because there’s still more information – information that was left behind in the form of notes...

In 1992, my father was sitting there [at home]. We ran a little business called, Marine Electronics Wholesalers. Dad would sit behind the desk while I went out and worked on jobs and installed the electronic gear. Once in a while he would [answer the phone], snap up from behind the desk, and stand there like this [in a stance of military attention] and say, “Yes, Sir!” President Reagan would call him on the phone and I wouldn’t believe it was him. But it was.

Yeah. He had an encounter in the desert. I guess it was the very first Men In Black -- actually he called them Range Rovers. They were military men, though. They were a division, I guess, of the CIA MPs and everything put together – NSA and such like that. So, what happened was, my dad was flying back in one of those little puddle-jumpers, because he’d moved from White Sands up to Red Canyon. He was flying back and he saw on his radar something doing 3500 miles an hour, in 1957. They followed it until they thought it hit the ground.

He went out in the staff car and found the thing. Alone, by himself, with his gun strapped on his side. He first sees the craft stuck into the side of a hill -- the same as the Roswell one’s are pictured. But it was injured. He knew that because it was fading in and then fading out, he said, and then it would fade in.

Well, he figured that he was hallucinating because it was so hot in the desert. So he took a piece of tumbleweed threw it under it. He figured that when it would fade back in, it would crush it, and then when it would fade back out he would see it would crush. Well, that is exactly what happened.

Then he went up and touched the thing. He said it was cold. Then he turned and looked into the cave that was beside it, and that’s where he had the encounter with The New World If You Can Take It. He asked him, “friend or foe”. I guess you’ve heard the story said here tonight. I can talk about that story now. I mean, mentally I can talk about it. Back in 1997, if you would have asked that question I would have said that I didn’t know a thing about it and gone on. Not that I had been hushed-up, but just because it was embarrassing.

He got afraid. So he came out, got back in his staff car. The creature asked him if he wanted to come aboard. He said no. Now that’s something I just can’t imagine. I would have said yes, and I think most of you would have said yes, too. He says then, that it wasn’t injured as bad as he thought. It had been there overnight, and he [the ET] repaired it, or whatever. I’m just guessing. I’m just speculating. But he said when it [the spacecraft] took off, it folded within itself. He says it – whomp -- and then [went] through a doughnut, and was gone.

He backed his car up and he wrecked it – the staff car. He actually spun it out and wrecked it, and the engine stalled out and everything. That’s how afraid he was. So, it was not exactly a pleasant encounter.

He later told Dr. Oberth, one of the German scientists who worked with Von Braun, a rocket scientist. He [Dr. Oberth] told him, “You’re a magnificent person if they chose to reveal themselves to you!” He was very impressed. Then he said, “We also have had such things happen in Germany before the war.” So the UFOs, yes, they did have one in Germany. That’s where their superior, you might say superior, knowledge came from of war vehicles and such. They had far more than what the public knows about, too.

Well, I don’t want to get into the details of what time is and time travel because, Lord knows, that’s one of my favorite subjects and you wouldn’t get me out of it. But, he knew enough about such things, even at the time that it happened. That’s the way he interpreted it – as a time traveling machine.


If Dr. Oberth's statement is correct, and the Gray extraterrestrials did have contact with the Nazis during World War II, well that just correlates nicely with my own questions after my dinner with Dr. Mitchell.

This makes it clear that I am correct about this Nostradamus quatrain.

CHAPTER SEVEN
The Epistle: World War II and the Rise of the Pagan Sect

Fascism, totalitarianism, communism, these are different names for a system of government that chooses to enforce exacting standards of behavior with torture, violence, and great suffering while allowing for very little diversity.

It is a society that perhaps a soulless machine would design. Dr. Oberth's statement begs a few questions. At what point did the extraterrestrials come into contact with the Nazi Empire; before the war would imply before Germany invaded Poland on September 1, 1939? And why did Germany lose the war?

It is quite disturbing to see the government of the United States falling prey to the same paranoia that drove the Nazi Empire. Current UFO lore, as well as mythology and religious scripture of all stripes, warn of the psychological as well as spiritual dangers of certain non-material beings who are masters of illusion.

Returning back to the Central Intelligence Agency and their covert operations, the level of violence and the complete absence of the rule of law that has been applied to the societies that they have made war against since 1947 reminds me of this passage from The Mahabharata, the ancient Vedic epic of the war between the Asuras and Devas.

The malefic influence of the evil Asuras caused a rift between members of a royal family. Contesting the rule of ancient kingdoms on the Indian subcontinent, the family divides into two camps. They are then provoked into war by the eternal conflict between the Devas and the Asuras.

As war approaches, the demons, known also as the Daityas and Danavas, abduct Duryodhana, the son of the usurper king. They tell him that he and many of his warriors, called Kshatriyas, have demonic origins and those soldiers that do not will be possessed by "other Asuras".

The one thing that I find so remarkable is that the most revered literature in ALL the major religions describes the behavior of demons and jinn in the same ethereal manner that the Gray extraterrestrials seem to operate in, and that is in the twilight of consciousness.

The Gnostic Christians called the controlling group of beings the Archons or Authorities. You can find them in the New Testament as the "powers and principalities" that rule in high places.

I thought of an old Star Trek episode, The Doomsday Machine the first time I read verse 10:5 from the Book of Jubilees. To withhold that information from the world and posterity is the sterilization of human history. Seven people, seven lifetimes of training and discipline channeled into two and a half minutes of superhuman courage and strength, erased in a moment by a government dolt who found public knowledge of the complete story disturbing.

There will be no dreams or myths in our future. There is a concealed body lurking in the shadows of power, and it is intent on building an Ant Civilization. In this insect empire, there are only queens, workers, and the Official View.

God help all of us if Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck are being modeled as the next Thomas Jefferson and Patrick Henry.

It appears that the fix has been in for a long time, since monetary policy and the deindustrialization of the United States have transcended Presidential administrations and political parties.

Rhetorical Questions: Why do Fox News and the rest of the conservative media that was in the Bush Court promote Obama dissent? How do the liberal media get away with pretending there is a dime's worth of difference between George W. Bush and Barack Obama?

Personal Opinion: Because Civil War is being engineered, with or without President Obama's acquiescence. He would be a fool or an imbecile if he did not understand or see what is coming.

There are a series of Nostradamus' Quatrains where he used the French word le noir. Some commentators have appropriately translated this as the Black One when it fits as a noun and subject of a phrase, but Nostradamus used anagrams and many other literary devices to give certain phrases multiple meanings. Inside le noir is also roi, meaning king. There are commentators that have translated this as the Black King, and there happen to be many important Quatrains where he describes a young, black king.

Are bloodshed and absolution references to the hypocrisy of giving the War President the Nobel Peace Prize? Is this award absolution for the bloodshed that will be spent to enforce "world peace" through a "global government" of bankers and self-delusional great thinkers?

The one historical constant that tyrants have always forgotten is that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Now I have not made that determination yet, but I will say that after collating the Nostradamus predictions of the "Young Black King", they are consistent with the tone of Quatrain III-60. These also involve "left" and "right" military factions in Civil War.

In light of the dollar's approaching collapse emanating from the International Monetary Fund meeting held in Turkey on October 3, 2009, and President Obama's subsequent enlargement of the War in Afghanistan, and his threats to Iran, he is meeting all the criteria for the "young, black king filled with felony".

This realization has changed the course of my book. You can read in the Website Introduction how I came to see my mistake. After my post-analysis review of where I originally went wrong, I have come to the conclusion that I have been too optimistic. At first I thought the system was either completely corrupt or completely controlled.

I have come to the conclusion that it is so completely controlled and on such intimate levels, that when most people in Western countries finally understand, the technological curtain will have fallen. We will all be trapped and locked down. The ten percent of the population with access to heavy weapons, armor, and gunships, will control the other ninety percent of the population.

My own prejudices have clouded my reason. I did not think that so many people in view of the world would so easily sellout. I am adjusting to that on a daily basis and rewriting major elements of my book. Readers will witness that on these web pages.

It is clear that President Obama has been given a very powerful mandate by some unseen Western power.

The turnabout in his policies is so "in your face" that it almost seems to be a display of arrogance. This, as you will come to read in these pages, is a chief characteristic of the young black king in the prophecies of Nostradamus. That also includes a propensity to use force and violence.

President Obama's "in your face" arrogance is also a more frequently seen characteristic of the majority of Congress, the Senate, and the Supreme Court. When you have recordings of politicians saying one thing and doing another and it is played back to them, they offer only more lies. The inflection of contempt in their voices, threatens all of us with, "yeah, what are you going to do about it?"

Sadly, Nostradamus was pretty clear on what people are going to do about it and this website is going to be dedicated to taking notes and recording it for history.

Nostradamus' interleaving of characters throughout his prophecies, creates an interesting cast of actors that will soon appear on the world stage. You can read more about them in Chapter Eighteen: The Lords of Armageddon.

Obviously, President Obama is tied to the surveillance and control group managing the Western powers.

In my 2008 Website Introduction, you can read that I was not prepared to believe the worst in President-Elect Obama. You will also read that I believed he would not be allowed to become President.

Unfortunately though, I now understand the game a little better. I started to suspect the worst after he lied about his position on the FISA Amendments Act of 2008.

There is a Quatrain linking the young black king with Ogmios, the Celtic god of eloquence. It certainly seems an appropriate description given President Obama's oratory skills.

But I am still not convinced that President Obama qualifies as Ogmios or Nostradamus' Third Antichrist, for he is certainly a long way away from this descriptor, "the Third [Antichrist] worse than Nero..."

Unfortunately, as you will read, these descriptions seem to lead back to the young black king. As I post the appropriate Quatrains in each chapter, we will have to see if the predictions match current events.
